God bless me with that boy, I mean, please do because he has done so much harm. I'll admit that once in a while when I'm deep in my thoughts and sleep is the last one, I think about the things Joey has done to me and I cry.
I victimize myself far too much because of him, I question it everyday. Did I deserve to be betrayed by the two most important people I had? Did they laugh at me while they hurt me so slowly? Did they regret it after?
That is the thing about high school: when it starts feeling good and safe, things like this happen to a good person with a couple mistakes. But I soon learned to stop victimizing myself and stop feeling sorry for myself. I'm so much better than those two fake people. I am a daughter of the king of kings!
One thing I did lose because of that girl that betrayed me were the friends we had together. They left with her, took her side. It's never going to be the same because the bad guy in my story kept the good thing, but I got even better.
My new and better bestfriend is so special. She is literally my favorite person in the world, she defends me and doesn't let Joey get away with things the way I would if I didn't have her. She made me stronger. I feel like God sent her to make me a better me.
