Chapter Fourteen (Part 2)
Melody jerked awake when she felt cold fingers brush her cheeks. She lifted her head from where it had settled upon Snape's chest and shifted slightly in the armchair where they were both situated. He stared at her startled face and planted a soft kiss upon her nose which seemed to take her back to the present day.
"What time is it?" She asked groggily, groaning when her aching limbs slotted back into place, legs pressed against his and arms wrapped around his waist.
"About ten." He replied, watching as she smiled gently and snuggled back into his robes, feeling sleep wash over her once again.
"What are we going to do today?" Snape pressed his lips against her forehead before moving them towards her ear.
"Whatever you want to do." He whispered huskily and she laughed seductively, tilting her head so that his lips were in line with hers.
"But I have to go to Hogsmede this afternoon or everyone will get suspicious." She pouted and he smirked, thumb brushing the nape of her neck as he moved so that his knees were pressed either side of her hips.
"I'm taking you there, Miss Weasley. I can't have a poor, innocent school girl walking around on her own in this day and age..." She grinned into his kisses as her arms reached up and wrapped around his neck, pulling him harder on top of her.
"Innocent?" She breathed, nibbling the lobe of his ear as he planted his hands firmly either side of her waist. "In your dreams, Professor. Since when have I been innocent?" He growled and began to unbutton his hastily thrown on shirt.
"True..." She giggled and aided him by pulling his shirt off and throwing it onto the floor.

Professor Snape stared into the murky depths of his coffee cup, swirling the damask liquid around in the chipped mug before draining the dregs in one gulp. He was pulled out of a trance like state when Melody walked into the room, running a hand through her already bedraggled hair.
One of his old, white shirts hung from her frame as she yawned and walked over to where he was surveying her smugly from his chair. She raised an eyebrow and grabbed the lone slice of toast laying abandoned on his plate.
"Hey! That's mine!" He growled falsely as she slipped onto his lap, legs intertwining with his as she leant back into his chest. Snape nestled his head into her hair as she took a bite out of the toast and smirked mischievously at him.
"Here then." She grinned, holding the toast out as he tore a small portion off with his teeth. She giggled when his tongue grazed her fingers and she used her fingertips to guide his mouth to hers, tasting the coffee he had just drunk.
She spun round in his lap so that her hands were grazing his scalp and his hands slipped around her waist.
"We have to leave soon, you know." He planted a small kiss on her forehead as she grumbled and buried herself deeper into his robes.
"Can't we just stay here?" She moaned and he smirked, moving his lips down to her nose which he brushed gently with his own. She smiled softly and nuzzled his neck, inhaling his familiar, comforting scent as his dark curtain of hair swept across her face.
"They'll suspect something's up Melody. And what if your sister decides to tell everyone about us, what then?" Melody frowned into his chest and he felt her grip upon him tighten. He frowned at her insecurity and held her closer, wanting her to feel more secure than she was, to no prevail.

"Melody! Melody, come back here!" Snape hurtled down the snow laden path barely able to see past his own nose, the snowfall was so thick.
