Once the girls reached the pool they slipped into the bathroom making sure no one was inside. Then they hid their bags behind a bin for pool noodles. While taking out their masks
Elaine thought on how to lure one of the kids in the bathroom without making a scene. And finally a plan came into light. "Hey Kimberly you know how younger kids let their curiosity get the better of them." "Yeah why wouldn't I know that" "No I'm just saying I mean if we catch the eye of a younger kid they might start getting the urge to come in here." "Okay then how do we do that." "Easy put on your mask and then slip your head out a tiny bit." "Oh great plan one sure way of getting the adults attention as well. I mean how do you know they won't come here." "Look all the adults were chatting up a storm in the hot tub which is under the roof. They won't know any better." "Okay fine." Kimberly said slowly opening the door to reveal half of her mask. Surely enough as if everything was playing in their favor they caught the eye of a young girl. About the ages of 5-7 years. She waited until everyone left the pool. Then she creeper towards the bunny that to her seemed harmless. The rabbit mask soon disappeared behind the door. Wanting to see the rabbit again she opened the door only to find another rabbit. With this an innocent smile filled her gentle face. "Hello pretty rabbits" the young girl spoke not taken aback by the horrid masks. "Why hello young child and what's your name?" Asked Kimberly once again having a child like tone. "Robin" "Awww such a pretty name for a pretty girl." Suddenly as if Elaine knew exactly what to do next. She walked casually towards the back of the small being. Taking a knee and putting both hands on her fragile shoulders. "Do you want to play a game?" Spoke Elaine in a monotone voice. "Oooo I love games!" Robin said in a eager manner. "Okay then let's play guess the mood!" Kimberly added. "Okay how do you play rabbit?" "Easy you need to guess the emotion I am feeling if you get it right a reward but if you get it wrong then punishment." "What kind of punishment?" "You'll see if you get it wrong okay." "Okay let's start" smiled Robin not being able to hold her excitement. "Now what am I feeling young one." Kimberly said while also taking a knee. "May I touch your face rabbit?" "Why of course!" Without hesitation she reached out her small hands only to stop at the rabbit mask. Suddenly the smile from her face faded only to be followed by these words. "Rabbit why do you feel sad?" "Whatever do you mean?" Slowly the girl removed her hands. "I can't see your face but you feel sad. Like there is something not right. Maybe you feel lonely, angery, sad, broken, or empty. It's a strange feeling but I know that it must be true." Surprised at what the small creature before her just said Kimberly stayed there not moving or making a sound. As if everything just stopped working. This little girl named Robin found something of hers that no one knew. For Elaine this situation seemed odd and she could not wrap her head around it. "Rabbit did I get it right?" Kimberly thought about it what to say back to her. The best bet would be to act it off or something. But she stayed there frozen. Thinking from this simple task to wandering thoughts unable to snap out of it. Unable to do anything at all.---------
It took a type of turn don't you think.
