You stared out of your dorm window with a raised brow. "Hey Gabby, what is that?" You questioned your room mate, whom was texting her boyfriend. She lifted her blue orbs from the screen of her flip phone, "Huh?"

"There's a light coming from the forest outside of the school grounds." You pointed at the odd scene, your finger lightly touching the glass. Gabby shrugged, "Whatever it is, students shouldn't be out this late."

You glanced at your own phone to read the time. 2 AM. You peered at the light, realizing that it was moving slightly. "It's a fire!" You gasped, turning back to Gabby. She raised a brow and stood up, walking next to you and looking out at the trees, "Holy shit."

Suddenly her phone began to ring. The girl clicked the answer button before putting it to speaker, "Greg, do you see it too?" She asked the boy on the other end. "The fire outside? Yep." He said, his voice sounding a bit shaky.

"That is some cult shit Gabby, I just know it!" He said in an annoyed tone. "My roommate just went out to check what is going on out there."

Gabby frowned at the phone, "It could have been from lightning. I mean, it was storming earlier." She moved her bangs behind her ear. You stared out the window, "Wait a second.. Isn't that where Jenny and those weirdos hang out after class?"

"Exactly Y/N! Jenny has been talking to my roommate and even met him out there yesterday!" Greg exclaimed, his voice a tone higher. You frowned, "This isn't good.. Gabby, I think we should report this."

Gabby rolled her eyes, "What would the headmaster even do? Send another student to go look? If something is going on, then that select student is done for." She frowned, pulling the curtains over the window, "Greg, text me in the morning, okay babe? I need to sleep."

"Alright. Be careful tonight, alright Gab? If anything seems sketchy, call me." The male said before the two said their goodbyes, hanging up.

Gabby looked over at you as you held the curtains open slightly, peering through at the lights from down below. "Y/N, we need to go to bed. You can't stay up all night playing video games like yesterday." She rubbed her eye, "Whatever is going on down there is none of our business. We'll know what it is tomorrow if it was anything serious."

You sighed, letting go of the curtains, "Alright. Just.. I can't help but worry now." You put a hand through your H/C hair, yawning. Gabby got into her bed, setting her glasses on the nightstand before pulling the covers over herself, "Night."

"Goodnight." You muttered, sitting down on your bed. You stretched before laying down, feeling your spine crack into place for the next minute as you relaxed.

What was out there? Was Greg's roommate okay? Is Jenny behind this? You sighed before closing your eyes, feeling as sleep began taking over you.

Screaming. Terrible shrieks. Blood splattering all over the place. "All Hail Ch-" A girl chanted before being cut off by a hand going through her torso, holding her internals in it's palm before pulling back out, her body falling to the floor in a bloody puddle.

You stared wide eyed as the scene unveiled in front of you. Bodies were everywhere, piled over one another and bleeding out onto the grass. You held in the urge to vomit as you looked around, spotting a taller figure. He wore a dark colored hoodie along with jeans, which shielded his features from your eyes.

The man dug his hand into another person's body, pulling out an organ before taking a large bite out of it, blood spewing out of the openings of it. You gaged as you watched him devour it. Who was he? Why was he doing this?

He suddenly stood up straight, turning around to face you. You froze as you stared at the mask he wore, which was blue with black eye sockets. A dark liquid spilled from them, dripping down the mask slowly.

Within a split second he was in front of you, chest to chest as he stared down into your E/C eyes. Just then you felt a pain surge through you. You looked down, seeing that he had dug his fingers into your stomach, staining your shirt with the red liquid that dripped from your wound.

You sat up, gasping as you panted. A nightmare. Gabby sat on her bed, eyes glued to the TV, "You up?" She asked, not even glancing at you.

"Get your clothes on, we have to go to the courtyard." She stated, turning the TV off. You frowned, "Why? What happened?" Gabby turned to you, "You'll see."

You threw on your clothes before heading out with Gabby, walking out to the sidewalk. The area was bustling, students left and right. They all acted nervous as they too made their way to the courtyard.

The headmaster stood on a bench, "Excuse me, everyone please calm down!" He said over the crowd forming beneath him. "I assure you that everything is being resolved at this time. We are trying to figure out the events of last night."

You looked at Gabby, "Seriously, what the hell happened?! Was there a shooting or something?" You frowned. Gabby sighed, pulling you a little ways away from the crowd, "You know how Greg thought there was a cult worshipping last night in the woods?" You nodded. "A large group of students were slaughtered there. All wearing the same clothes and mask." She whispered, causing your heart to drop. You looked over at the headmaster, whom was anxiously trying to calm the students.

"That dream.." You muttered to yourself, causing Gabby to frown, "Huh?" You looked back at her, "It's nothing. I was just thinking out loud."

You looked back at the headmaster as he made announcements. All students have to go home in order to survey the crime scene without problems and to keep everyone safe in case the murderer is still on campus. Frowning, you took out your phone before walking back to your dorm with Gabby as you called your parents.
