Niall "finding out im pregnant"

Ali's pov
It's been about a month and a half since Niall and I got married and had the best honeymoon ever. We brought our own cute little house and live there with our pugs Anastasia and Lucifer.
Lately though I've been throwing up a lot and I missed my period.
So I decided I'd talk to my mum.
" mum I'm worried, I missed my period, I've been throwing up and really moody lately I don't know what's going on" I said sitting on the porch swing.
" Ali I think you may be pregnant, you can check by doing a home pregnancy test or going to the doctors" my mum explained. I nodded scared of what Niall would think.
Are we ready to be parents ?
Is it wrong to get pregnant after almost 2 months of marriage?
Will Niall be angry?
Thoughts were running through my head as I rushed to the pharmacy to purchase a home pregnancy test.
I rushed home straight to the bathroom. Niall was at the studio recording so he wasn't home.
I peed on the stick and it said to wait 3 minutes for the answer. I paced around the bathroom. Breathe Ali breathe. My phone timer went off and I feared the answer. I picked it up and it clearly had two pink lines. Meaning I'm pregnant. I was happy, excited yet scared and nervous. I'm only 21, am I even ready to have a baby. What if Niall isn't ready himself. How am I gonna tell him. I sat on the floor of the bathroom holding the test.
You know what I'm gonna surprise him with the cutest pregnancy announcement ever.

I went to the store and brought a baby balloon and a bag, I brought baby booties and a onesie. Then a pacifier. I then went and got party poppers and streamers. I got cardboard and glitter pens.
I then went home and decorated the living room. I put the bag and balloons on the table and started writing a sign
" You're going to be a daddy" I wrote on the cardboard in blue and pink glitter pen. I made cupcakes some blue and some pink and then waited until I heard the door open I hung the sign up checked it was all perfect then went and greeted Niall.
" hey princess are you feeling any better " he said I nodded.
" I have a really big surprise for you" I said
" really where" Niall said getting excited. I covered his eyes and led him to the living room
I had the test in the bag with the baby booties and onesie. The cupcakes were in front of the bag and the balloon was behind the beg being held down with a weight. The streamers were hung up and so was the sign.
" keep your eyes closed until I tell you to open them" I said removing my hands. He nodded and kept them closed. I walked underneath the sign and pulled out my phone pressing record.
" open your eyes" I said smiling he opened them and looked around the room before spotting the ballon and the bag. He walked over to it and opened the bag finding the outfit and the test. He pulled it out tears in his eyes. He looked at me and had the biggest smile on his face as he read the sign.
" you're pregnant" he said excitedly
" yes Niall I'm pregnant" I reply
He rushes over to me and picks me up spinning me in circles
" we're gonna have a baby" he said putting me down and kissing all over my face.
" yes we are a beautiful little baby" I say rubbing my stomach
He pulls me with him as he goes over to the coffee table where the cupcakes are. He takes a cupcake with blue icing while I have one with pink.
" I'm so excited to meet our little muffin in 7 months" he says rubbing my tummy.
I smiled and we sat and watched movies cuddled up to each other his hand never leaving my belly. I soon drifted to sleep with thoughts of what my baby would be like
