Another tiring day had passed. It was the most exhausting day they ever had since they finished rehearsing at night. But before the two could even left, Monique and Staci followed them, reminding things Greyson has to do.
GREYSON
“Make sure she’s gonna get home or else you’re dead meat, you idiot.” Monique warned and shot a deathly glare towards me.
“Yeah yeah. Just don’t give me that look.” I raised my hands in the air.
“Be a GENTLEMAN and if you play sick jokes on her, you’re gonna get grilled, young boy.” Staci said with a stern look on her face. Sure I’m gonna be a good boy.
“Urgh, stop reminding me. I’m gonna get her home, I promise.” Then, I climbed into the driver seat of the car and closed the windows, making sure they’re already out of my sight. I just can’t resist their cold deathly glares. They're trying to scare the hell out of me and I don't like their presence at all; It's disturbing.
I drove at a high speed and I was extremely enjoying the ride, not minding the one sitting beside me. She was screaming and begging for me to slow down but still, I was inattentive. She might die but I care least.
“Greyson, where do you think we’re going?!” She yelled, with her ear-piercing scream, bugging me by pulling my shirt and continuously hitting me so hard. As if that's gonna work on me; her punches weren't that hard.
“Somewhere away from your precious home.” I grinned.
I was enjoying it, enjoying every little piece of it until the car started to slow down. Realization hit me; I ran out of gas. It slowed down until it came to its halt.
“Shit.” I cursed under my breath. Then, I looked to my side seeing she was sweaty. I jumped out of the car and checked the front portion. Nothing has gone wrong there but we ran out of gas. I took a glance at the wristwatch which says “11:11pm.”. You see, I don’t know this place very well since we just came here.
BELLE
I became very sweaty. Damn that ride but forget that this time. The heavy rain poured down the dusty and isolated road. I stepped out of the car and grabbed Greyson from his collar.
“Damn you! Now I’m stuck with this place and that’s because of your own damn fault!”
Raising his hands in the air and putting them on my shoulders, he says, “Calm down. I didn’t do anything. If you didn’t prefer to be sent home and choose to go alone then you wouldn’t get stuck here.” He smiled as if nothing happened. Great. I’m stuck with Greyson Michael Fucking Chance, who else would’ve wish for that? Everyone else except me. His awful lies captured and captivated me getting no hesitation.
I heave out a heavy sigh and walked away saying, “I’m getting myself a shelter.” And turned my back on him.
“Well fine, if that’s what makes you happy.”
