Nicole's POV
I wasn't too focused today while Wes and I finished up the room. I couldn't get the fact that Brian left for tour tomorrow. What was I going to do? I didn't want to see him leave.
"Nicole..." Wes put his hand on my shoulder.
"Huh?" I looked up at him quick. "I'm sorry Wes, I have a lot on my mind today." I looked down.
"Is it that man in your life? Damn he must have your heart some kind of bad."
"Oh Wes... I meet him through work and at first he wasn't the type I would go for... Then something changed and he became more persistent. I developed feelings for him..." I looked down.
"Not a bad thing Nik." Wes frowned.
"I won't get to see him for a while..." I looked up at him.
"How come?" Wes asked curiously.
"He's leaving tomorrow to go on tour."
"He's in a band?" Wes asked surprised.
"Yeah, Brian is the lead guitarist." I nodded.
Wes looked at me quick. "You're dating Syn Gates?"
"Syn?" I repeated.
"Synyster Gates is his stage name." Wes nodded. "Oh my god! You are a lucky girl." Wes grinned. "And honey, he obviously wants you in his life if he's been fighting this hard."
