Soft snores fills the air as you held your girlfriend in your arms. You decide to come over to her house to keep her company, and of course her fear of the dark, it was actually cute.

You stir a bit, feeling your body temperature rise up, because of all the warmth radiating on you. Since you were a light sleeper, you immediately woke up to your body sweating buckets. You cursed under your breath and tried to get out of the quarter Russian's embrace, she only held tighter, and buries her face in your temple. After waiting for a minute, Eli's arms loosens; you use this chance to get out of her hold and slowly move away.

"I'll be right back." You pecked her forehead and walked out the room, making your way downstairs, then into the kitchen. Her parents didn't mind you moving around the house, they have practically known you ever since you and Eli were friends in elementary, even Alisa calls you her older sister, which is..weird. But you didn't mind it.

You downed a glass of cold water, you sigh in content as the cool liquid travels down your throat, cooling your body down slightly. you decided to drink more to satisfy your thirst. A small spark explodes in your stomach as you drank your last glass, you brushed it off as a tummy ache, and walked out the kitchen.

The feeling grew stronger with every step you took, you instantly thought about your girlfriend who was probably awake; alone in the pitch black abyss. Your worries was confirmed, as you saw Eli sitting up with a horrified expression, she was clinging onto the blanket for dear life.

"Eri-chan, it's okay. I'm here." You quickly paced over to the bed, and climbed on it. Slender arms immediately locks themselves tightly around your waist, and she buries her face into your shoulder, visibly shaking up by your sudden leave."Wh-where were you?" She asked shakily.

"I was hot so I just went to get a few glasses of water." You cooed, rubbing circles on her back.

She stays silent and tries to calm down under your soothing presence, you let out a breathless chuckle and gently laid her down."You're safe now." You whispered, gently pressing your lips against her soft ones, the blonde kisses back and then pulls away, her icy blue eyes pour into yours."I-I love you, (Y/N)." Her quivering lips tugging into a shaky smile.You smiled widely; giving her a short eskimo kiss."I love you too."
