Morning jog

Normally, you would be in your comfy, cozy bed in the morning, but you agreed to a certain blue-haired diver that you'll be..well jogging with her in the morning. so here you are with Kanan, who stretching out to get ready to jog. You on the other hand, was hugging yourself for warmth, your teeth chattered as the cold air brushes against your body.

"Aren't you cold?" You asked, through your chattering teeth."Hm? No, I've gotten used to it." She explains, adjusting her sleeveless hoodie."Besides." She began, getting into her stance."We could warm up by running!" With that she started to jog—Leaving you slightly dazed, you shook your head and followed after her.

"W-wait for me, Kanan-chan!" You whine, gradually growing tired; you only covered barely 5 meters. The taller girl continued to run, not hearing your pleads and whines. Growing tired, after she had at least ran a mile; she decided to stop for a break and check to see how you was doing.

"(Y/N)-chan, are yo-" she turned around expecting to see her friend on the ground and breathing heavily, instead she saw nothing but a stray cat casually moving past her."(Y/N)-chan?"

"Why'd did you leave me like that! I was dying, ya know?" You complained, wrapping her arms around her neck as she gave you a piggyback ride, Kanan chuckles."I couldn't hear you because I was way too much into it." You rolled your eyes, and buried your face into her shoulder blade. The third-year shiver as your cold breath tickled her warm skin.

After a few moments, your breathing soon became steady, as your body relaxes against her back."(Y/N)-chan?" Kanan calls your name softly, you replied with a soft snore. A gently smile grace her lips, and she continues to walk her route home.

"I love you."
