Shine for me

feet pattered against the sand, as (Y/N) walk along the shorelines. The chilly air brushes against her— with a shiver— the (e/c) eyed girl pulled the jacket close to her for more warmth and rubbed her tired droopy eyes.

Inhaling the salty scent of the sea, she sighs in content and continued to walk. After a long rough argument with her dad. Fuming with anger— he kicked her out of the house for being such a 'spoiled brat'.

here she is, outside in a cold night with just a jacket for warmth. That man should be burning hell for all she care.

"(Y/N)-chan? what are you doing here so late?" (Y/N) perks up and turns around to see a familiar brownish hair, who gasped at her friend's broken down appearance."You-chan?" She called, her voice barely audible. You ran up to the girl and wraps her around (Y/N) into a warm embrace.

Through her glasses, she almost cried seeing her friend's face bruised face with bags under her eyes."What happen to you?!" The (h/c) girl looked away from You's concerned ocean eyes."I'll tell you later." She replied bluntly in a monotone voice.

You narrowed her eyes at the slightly taller girl."But I want to know what's going on with you, it's-" "Please?" (Y/N) pleas, You's lips purses, her thumb brush against the bumpy and bruised skin; causing her to flinch.

"I'm worried.." The blue-eyed girl spoke, tears brimming her eyes— (Y/N)'s face softens as a lonely tear manages to slip down her cheek."I-I'm sorry— I-I just don't want to talk-- "Don't worry about it." Tears starts to stream down You's cheeks, as she held her tightly.

"B-but Yo-"

"Don't worry about it!"

"Wh-why are you c-"

"Don't worry about it!"

(Y/N) let out a breathless chuckle, a sad smile appears on her lips as she took off You's glasses and brushed her tears away with the pad of her thumbs."I should be the one crying, You-cha-" You abruptly pulled away and pressed her warm soft lips to (Y/N)'s.

You pull away with a frantic expression on her face."I-I didn't m-" (Y/N) pulled her back into a lingering kiss, cupping her cheeks delicately. the second-year was in shock for a moment before kissing back."Thank you.." (Y/N) continues, "F-for caring about me.."

She buries her face into You's neck and sobbed. A warm smile present You's lips— she rubs her back in comfort and said nothing, but comforting things in her ear.

"I'm here for you, so don't cry, okay?"
