she was glad he had sacrificed himself to give her more time

"I told you to kill her!"
Mark had his head down, his father was scolding him for failing to kill the girl. "I'll kill her dad! I just gave her time" he defends, his dad rubs his temples. "Alright, but make sure you kill her. You know the consequences if you don't" his father reminds.
"I'll forget that you're my son"
The young boy shakes his head, he's so young to be experiencing this kind of situation. Having to deal with crime and death on an early age bothered him, because he knew that there was goodness in him.
"Mark!" he hears a high pitched voice from the room at the end of the corridor, they moved her there since she needed a place to sleep in. Mark makes his way to her room, she was struggling with the ropes they used to tie her up.
"What?" he asks, the girl smiles as she sees mark. "Untie me, I need to go to the washroom" she says, he sighs and makes his way to her and unties her so she can do her girl duties. Mark was sure she had no way of escaping, the room and the washroom had no windows, every corner of the room had surveillance cameras that made sure she stays in place, plus if she ever escapes she'll be tracked in no time, because a tracker was attached on wrist.
He hears the toilet flush, she was probably done with her business. The door opens, a different girl steps out. Well she was still her, but like a different aura. The girl a while ago was sassy and feisty and aggressive, the girl mark sees right now was a soft and delicate high school girl.
"What are you staring at?" she sassed, the boys scoffs, "I kidnapped you and brought you here yet I still don't know your name" he says. The girl chuckles, his silliness made him cute in her eyes but that doesn't change the fact that he's still a criminal.
"Koeun, Ko Eun ji" she states, offering her hand to the boy in front of her. "Mark, Mark Lee" he says and shake hands with girl he kidnapped and is going to kill. "You seem to be my age, why are you doing this?" she questions making him furrow his brows. "Your mouth can't stop blabbering, its annoying" he says, stating the fact that she was annoying him.
"Well I'm sorry, if i'm annoying why'd you kidnap me in the first place?" That made him stop in his tracks, "Because my dad made me do this!" he was tired, tired of dealing with all these mess his dad gotten him into.
Koeun felt bad, he didn't mean to annoy the young man she was curious and she needed answers to the questions running in her head. "Now sleep, i'm not sure on what to do to you tomorrow but please dont do anything stupid" he said before turning off the lights and leaving the girl's room.
There was one thing koeun was sure. She was glad that he sacrificed himself for her to have more time.
