"I'm so freaking tired, I can die"
Koeun complains to Hina as they head to the library to study for the upcoming exams. Extra pressure was added to them as soon as their professor said that if they get a perfect score in biology they would get straight As for the next semesters, so Koeun had to put all her effort into this subject.
However, Koeun felt no motivation as she flipped through some textbooks. Hina was seated in front of her. The younger one was busy revising that she didn't even notice her boyfriend sitting beside her and giving her a kiss on the cheek. Koeun smiles at the sight, do you think if you didn't do that stupid thing you would've done that to me too? She thinks.
Koeun shakes her head at the ridiculous thought, what the hell was happening to her? Suddenly Donghyuck sits beside her and places his head down on the table, a bottle of cold coffee in his hands. "My life sucks" he says like a murmur. "All of our lives suck bro, what are you saying?" Koeun complains as she looks back at her textbook. "Yeah, you're right" he agrees.
A loud funky ringtone was then heard in the library. Everyone turns their head to Jeno who had just stepped in and was about to go where they were, the boy bows repeatedly before exiting and answering the call.
"Weirdo" Jaemin whispers before continuing to read. Koeun rolls her eyes, that friend is indeed weird. "Gosh, I forgot something. Noona, i'll be back" Donghyuck says before running away to do his errands.
Time quickly passes by and soon Koeun had to leave for work. She rode the subway and luckily there weren't many people. She stares off to all corners again but stops when she saw something so familiar to her that her heart beats rapidly just by thought of him noticing her.
"Mark?" She asks the man in a very large brown casual coat sitting four seats away from her, "Excuse me?" She asks, and as the person lifts his head up, her heart rate increases.
The man raises his head but it was just that typical cliché drama mistakes of the lead character.
She said her apologies before flinching when her phone suddenly and loudly rang. "Hello?" She asks, the other doesn't speak, there was only a sign of movement and breathing in the other line as the person's breathing was heard. "Hello, I think-"
