"Sasabihan kita sige. Ayaw mo bang makita muna yung portfolio ko?"

And why does she thinks I'll need that? She's the only one I need here. I want to get to know her intimately. I don't know why I'm having all this intimate thoughts about her. This is so wrong.

"I already hired you so I don't need to see that anymore. "

"Pero gusto ko na makita mo yung mga gawa ko."

Here we go again. Always being difficult when there is no need. She's a headstrong woman.

"If you insist, just show it to me next time."

"Thank you Ian."

Why is she thanking me this time?

"Thank you for what?"

"Thank you for hiring me and thank you for listening."

My baby is a grateful angel. I feel so happy and thankful that I found someone like her.

"No need to thank me. I'm the one who should be thanking you."

"Why thank me? Bakit kailangan mo akong pasalamatan?"

I must thank her for trusting me.

"Thank you for trusting me with your goodbye story with your ex-boyfriend and thank you for accepting my job proposal."

"Ganito ka ba kumuha ng empleyado? Palitan mo nga ang style mo, masyado kang mabait baka abusuhin ka ng mga staff mo."

Tumawa ng malakas si Ian sa sinabi ko. Wala naman nakakatuwa, bakit ba siya tumatawa?

"Ano ba ang nakakatuwa?"

"You are funny."

"Funny ka dyan, tama naman ang sinabi ko, dapat huwag masyadong mabait, dapat kilatisin mabuti ang tao bago mo kunin sa trabaho. Ano ang nakakatawa doon?"

Maloloko ang lalaki na ito ng husto dahil sa sobrang bait.

"It's just funny that you're telling me how to employ staff to my hotel. You should see me at work before telling me that I'm too kind."

Kainis naman talaga ang lalaking ito. Lagi na lang niya akong pinagtatawanan. Kung di ka lang mabait who you ka sa akin.

"Bakit suplado ka ba kapag nasa work ka?"

"What does that mean?"

"Suplado means.... ay ewan. I'm not sure sa meaning nun basta parang masungit."

"And masungit means what?"

"Pinahihirapan mo ba talaga ako ha. Ian nose bleed ako sa iyo promise. Nakainom ako kaya hindi umaandar ng mabuti ang utak ko. Tanungin mo ako bukas kapag hindi na ako nakainom okay."

Tumawa ulit siya. Mas mukha pa itong nasisiraan kaysa sa akin sobra kung makatawa.

"You're really funny."

Akala ba niya clown ako. Tinamaan na ito sa beer na iniinom niya.

"Bakit ka ba natatawa? Kainis ka na."

"Just the way you say things makes me laugh. You're really special. It's good that I was there when you needed someone last night. I'm lucky to have met you."
