"Yeah… I think it's time to face reality now mate," tiny corners of his mouth twitch faintly, but it was enough for me to see.

*Megs' POV*
Cel was getting along really well with Harry especially and Lou was with Eleanor so I turned to talk to Zayn. "So… how are you settling in here?" he asks.
"Good, good. Everyone's being really kind," I smile.
"That's good…" he trailed off, his eyes on the stairs behind me. I turned around to the stairs and I am sure everyone who has eyes could notice the red blotches around both boys' eyes. I turn back to Zayn and his face is full of regret, guilt and sadness. I can feel the tension and the awkwardness in the room as no one dared to speak.
"Liam is here to meet the guest!" I can hear the overexcitement in Niall's voice.
"Oh, yeah… Here's Cel!" I drag her away from Harry and towards the other two boys with who have their brave masks on.
"Hello Liam," Cel smiles politely, "it's nice to meet you, I am Celine but call me Cel."
"Hi Cel, sorry I couldn’t meet you earlier," the sincerity in Liam's voice is clear.
"Oh no! Don’t worry about it! It's all good!" she says too cheerfully.
"Well! Now you've met everyone! I am sorry but excuse us for a while, I've got studies to do! Come on Cel!" I chatter quickly on as I grab her by her wrist, leading her up to my room.
"Sorry! It was nice to meet you all - ouch!" I grab her wrist harder as she kept talking.
I close my door behind me as Cel puts her 'what's up with you' face on, while sitting down on my light blue bed.
"I can't do this! This is just… UGHHH!" I exclaim.
"Do what? Liam?"
"What? No!"
"What then? Everything seemed ok…" oh wait… I never told her this… never mind…
"Actually, you know what? It's okay now. I am just freaking out over missing out on work at uni but you're here now so I should calm down," I smile.
"Oh geez Miss Smartie! You had me worried there!"
