RECAP: (Sirenas pov)

when we got into the cab I gave the guy the address to my house and got comfortable

the plan was to get to my house around 10 am and surprise my parents after that I will ask them if my friends could stay over for a couple of months

after I went over the plan for a couple of times I was feeling tired so I went to sleep for a little while

sirenas POV

when I spotted my house from afar I couldn't wait any longer because I haven't seen my parents for so long and I have missed them so much these past couples of years

"are you excited" asked Linda

"of course I am, I haven't seen my parents in so so so so long and I miss my mom's cooking too" just thinking about my mom's cooking made my mouth water

"are you drooling" asked the twins

I wiped my mouth and I had a little of saliva coming out of my mouth

"whoopsy" I said, I bet I was blushing crimson red so I looked out the window

"well we are here ladies and gentlemen" the cab guy said

we all got out of the cab and I looked at my watch, it read it was 11:23 am. guess we didn't make it at the time I wanted us to arive

as we walked to my front door I felt a mix of emotions between nervous and excited

I hesitated on knocking on the door but then I got the courage to knock

-KNOCK KNOCK- ... no answer

-KNOCK KNOCK- "who is it" a female voice asked which I suppose was my mom

"mom?" pause "it's me your daughter, Sirena" I said

when she opened the door she stood in the doorway looking surprised but then gave me a big hug while whispering an "I missed you so much" against my ear

"I missed you too mom" I said while hugging her back

when we parted away from the hug she looked behind me and then back at me she did that a couple of times so I decided I would introduce them

"mom this are my really close friends that I meet in NY" I introduced

"that's Linda" I pointed in her direction

"cole" I pointed at him and he waved

" and lastly but not least the twins, Kyle and Kaiden" I said while pointing at them

they all said a quick 'hello'

"well hello guys my name is caroline and as you all know I am sirenas mom"

"hello" they all said in union

"mom where is dad" I said

"he is taking a shower at the moment" she said

"so are you guys going to come in or not" she added while opening the door wider

"yea we are" I said and then told my friends to follow me with my hand

while my friends were following me I followed my mom into the hall and then the living room

when we sat down on the couch I started to talk "so mom... you might be wondering why my friends and I are here, right" my mom just nodded
