Imagine Dean being jealous of you liking another guy:
"Hey Y/N!" Jay, a guy from your past greeted you excitedly and you screamed in excitement and gave him a hug.
"Oh my word, you've grown!" You went on your tip toes and ruffled his hair, a grin on your face.
"You haven't." He smirked and you both stepped back to appraise each other.
"We look great though." You wiggled your eyebrows at him and he laughed.
"Have dinner with me tonight,  let's catch up. It's been 2 years." Jay said earnestly and you found yourself easily agreeing with him.
.............
"I'm going to get us food,  any requests?" Sam asked and you shook your head. He could easily order, but he liked alone time, you understood that, being the most antisocial of all 3 of you.
"Pie." Dean said. "Ooh and a cheeseburger with bacon and extra onions." He looked into the middle distance dreamily.
"Don't get me anything. I'm eating out." You told Sam and he nodded and left.
"You look nice." Dean complimented you suspiciously when you stepped out of the bathroom wearing your favorite white ripped jeans and a maroon halter top, with maroon lipstick and winged liner.
"Thanks." You grinned, feeling glad that you didn't leave the makeup bag behind.
"Who are you meeting?" He shut the laptop that was in front of him and studied you.
"An old friend, we haven't seen each other in 2 years." You gushed excitedly. It was important for you that you had fun that night, fun was running in short quantities. "Can I use your car?" You turned to him as you put your brown heels on.
"I'll drive you there." He grabbed his jacket and stood up.
"You seriously think I'm going to crash your car in a 10 minute drive?" You asked him.
"It's not you I don't trust." He replied as he led the way out of the motel.
"You mean Jay." You looked over at him after you sat in the car. "Why the hell do you do this? If I can take care of myself fighting monsters, I can take care of myself at a-"
"Date?" He asked and you didn't reply. It wasn't like that. Or was it? You had no idea.
"Dinner." You corrected.
"Which restaurant?" He asked and you directed him. "If anything bad happens I'll break him in two and feed him to a hellhound." He grumbled as he pulled into the parking lot. He took his seatbelt off.
"Don't you dare step out of this car." You narrowed your eyes at himand reached over him to put the belt back on him. "You're not pulling your overprotective brother crap on me today." He looked at you and raised his hands in surrender. "Bye. Mwah!" You grinned and kissed him on the cheek before hopping out of the car.
Dean shook his head at you when you glanced back, probably reeling from your psychotic behavior, you waved and went inside.
Dinner with Jay was awesome and almost too soon you found yourself calling Dean to pick you up. Jay offered to drive you home and you told him no, making up an excuse. It felt awkward for you to explain why you're in a motel, you'd had a hard enough time trying to keep the topic of conversation away from what you were currently up to. It was harder to lie than you'd expected.
.......
"So how was it?" Dean asked you as you made your way back to the motel.
"Let's go stargazing. Is Sam awake?" You asked him and he shook his head. You had always done that as a trio and you knew that they'd done that together before you were in the picture.
He drove you to a field and you both hopped out of the car, lying on the bonnet.
"It was great." You finally answered. You were glad he gave you enough space to answer in your own time.
"Then what's with the brooding silence? Did anything bad happen?" He asked, his voice getting dangerously angry and you sighed. It was actually the opposite, the stars were beautiful that night, that whole night was perfect from dinner to that exact moment.
"That's not my life. I mean, the whole night was perfect, he was perfect. I could see what normal girls' lives are like and I liked that. But, that'll never happen for me." You honestly explained. "And no, he didn't hurt me." You made sure he could literally hear you rolling your eyes with that statement.
"Do you want that for real? Because all you have to do is walk away and you can have it?" Dean sounded hurt as he asked that and you turned to face him.
"No. I mean, I thought I did,  but I'm all about this life. I actually love how messy this life is, an action-packed and adventurous. Plus, I got a family in the deal." You grinned at him. He didn't reply, choosing to sit up instead and you did the same.
Putting a hand on his thigh you smiled at him, "I'm serious. I mean,  I enjoyed having the reminder of what life used to be like. But I'm not that person anymore. I don't regret this life. I guess it took that date to realise that." You realized the truth as you said it. Maybe it felt melancholy because you were subconsciously saying goodbye to that life.
"I thought you said it wasn't a date." He accused and you grinned at him, he looked like a sulky toddler and it was adorable to you.
"You're such a drama queen, I'm 20, not 5." You rolled your eyes.
"Oh, trust me, I know." Dean said, his words having a meaning that didn't click for you.
"What's that supposed to-" you were interrupted by his lips crushing against yours. Soon, you found yourself yanking him closer and tangling your hands in his short hair.
"Oh." You grinned when he pulled away and you touched your lips in disbelief. Did he just kiss you? Did you seriously just react by mauling him to death?
"You didn't kiss him, did you?" Dean asked,  ignoring the fact that he just kissed you, and that your heart needed to be restarted.
"Uh." You searched for a lie but found none. You were still processing the fact that Dean Freaking Winchester had just kissed you.
"That dick." He growled, going to slam his hand down on the car and then thinking better of it.
"Uh I actually initiated it." You admitted and he studied you, waiting for a longer explanation, but you didn't plan on giving him one. "But you're definitely a better kisser." You smiled at him and he lightened up a bit.
"You should see what else I can do with my tongue." He grinned lecherously at you and you laughed, rolling your eyes and hopping off of the bonnet. "Consider the moment ruined." You shook your head at him and hopped back into the Impala feeling deliriously happy about that night's events.
