(A/N): Now for the actual chapter! If you read The Rifter preview, you'd know that this book is wrapping up in the next couple of chapters, probably within the next 10. I also may not be on as often starting August 1st because I'M MOVING INTO MY NEW HOUSE!!!!! I convinced mom to
1. Let me get the biggest room
2. Sleep far away from the boys
3. Get instant access to the back balcony!
And it wasn't just me I helped! I got the boys their own room, which they've never had before! I could me a lawyer! Hehehehe

Garroth's POV-
I...I'm back. Laurence seems so overjoyed. Apparently I was in a coma for half a month. And Travis...woke me up. I guess I owe Travis one. I guess he can date my baby brother. Hpmh.
"Oh my Irene Garroth I missed you so much!" Laurence cried happily into my shoulder. "I missed you too." I ran a hand through his hair to calm him down. "Now. Tell me everything that happened while I was gone." Laurence nods and launches into a story.
Apparently Garte's in jail. Good. Mommy went back home. I should visit her soon, make sure she's alright. Vylad went in a coma but woke up a week after, and Dante went on a trip. He just came back and I can see Vylad and Dante making out through the window. As long as Dante doesn't get to touchy...
Travis was whispering to Zane, who was blushing and kind of looked flustered. Oh yeah....that thing. Grr......and Laurence says he's been fine. But I can see something weird in his eyes. I'm not sure if I should be happy or sad he missed me so much while I was gone.
"Well,I'm back now!" I say happily, and Laurence nods. "Yup!"
I give him a quick peck on the lips as a nurse comes running in.
"Garroth Ro'Meave is awake! I don't believe it! Garte paid good money too-"
She held her hand over her mouth and tried to run out. Wait, Garte?!
I tried to get up but Laurence was way ahead of me. He was in a full-blown Shadow Knight form, and already had his sword to the lady's neck. "Garte what?" He growled.
The lady gulped. "You must understand I have seven kids to feed and my husband just died, please! I'm willing to do anything to feed my babies! This job doesn't pay enough!"
Laurence's eyes softened but his grip remained firm. "I understand, I'm not mad at you. Just tell me what Garte did."
"Garte Ro'Meave instructed me to keep Garroth Ro'Meave under sleep medication. He should've woken up days ago. He said he'd pay me very well, and pay for all my kid's colleges...I'm sorry..."
Laurence let her go. "I understand. You can go now."
"Wait!" I got up, body aching from misuse and my stomach screaming in pain, and gave her all the money in my wallet. Her eyes widened. "Garte lied to you. All of his cash went to us in the lawsuit if I heard correctly. He doesn't have any cash to give. But we do. What's your name?"
"Isabelle. Even after I betrayed your trust....you help me? You're too kind...I don't deserve this." She whispered.
"No, you do! I want your kids to live a good life. Isabelle, we'll help you financially. And I'd love to meet the kiddos sometime."
"Oh Irene bless you! You are too kind!" Isabelle hugged me tightly and gave me her number and address. "May Irene be with you!" She cried happily as she left. I smiled.
"You're too nice, babe." Laurence told me.
"As long as those children get a good life, I'm happy." I smile at him, and he smiled back.
"And if you're happy, I'm happy."
