Chapter 30

(A/N): Sorry for not updating yesterday, again, I moved!!! So here's today's chapter! I'm not sure when this will come up because my Wi-Fi SUCKS. Short!

Travis's POV-
Oh my Irene. Oh my Irene. Oh my Irene. I am scared out of my mind. The baby's coming. I asked Zane if I should take him to the hospital, since he's thrashing around in pain, but he said the baby wasn't in him, it was in the amulet, so the people wouldn't be able to help. But he's in pain. I called Vylad, I called Garroth, and now I have no idea what to do but say sweet nothings to Zane as he screamed in pain. I heard a frantic knock on my door. When I opened it, I was pretty much ran over by Garroth. Vylad, Dante and Laurence followed suit.
"Baby brother!" Garroth yelled, holding Zane's hand. He gripped it so hard his hand turned white, but Garroth didn't seem PTO notice. Vylad, who works at a hospital, thank Irene, knelt down besides him. "Focus on breathing, Zane. Focus." He picked yup the amulet and examined it.
Zane's breathing slowed, then fastened, then slowed. I stared helplessly as they worked. Dante prepared a blanket to wrap the baby in and Laurence was getting a bottle of milk ready. So I just stroked Zane's hair and whispered sweet nothings again. Zane seemed to calm down for a few moments, then let out an earsplitting screech. The amulet shimmered and a baby formed, falling out of it. Vylad caught it and handed it to Laurence, while Zane lay on the couch, exhausted. "Let...me...see...it..." He panted, and Laurence handed the baby over. "It's a girl." He whispered, stroking the little angel's head. I bent beside him, watching the baby cry. "She's beautiful." I whisper.
Zane smiled up at me then down at the baby. "Welcome to the Valcrum family...
