She didn't belong there. She know she didn't. Around a million people she knew would judge her if she dared do anything wrong.
She didn't even belong with the people who were her age. She didn't want to. They were all fake and would allow anyone to hang out with them unless they looked like them and guess what, she didn't look like them.
All she could hear was their voices all around her. It was a never ending string of voices. At one point it seemed like they were merging together and everything was sounding the same.
She started thinking about the people who spend everyday here. The people who depend on this place like it's their life. She felt sorry for them. She didn't understand how they constantly stayed in one place with the same routine, day after day. How does it not drive them crazy? It was driving her crazy just thinking of it.
There were some people who caught her eye but she knew they weren't like her. They were just like everyone else but with a different aura. This made her attached to these people. She wanted to know what made them different. Why were they here if they weren't like the rest of them? She could ask herself the same question but she knew why she was here, her family. The only reason she would be in a place that made her so uncomfortable. She hated places like this but she knew she didn't have a choice. She didn't want them to be disappointed but what was more important. Their happiness or hers?
