Chapter 16

Dani's pov-

I walked into Lily rooms, and telling her I was leaving for the day, and if she wanted to come.

"Sure, I do want to see my nephews" She hopped off the bed and began to get ready.

After a few minutes, we we're in the car ready to get my babies. I still can't believe Demi, is acting so childish, and she didn't even let me explain.

"Don't worry Dan, she will get over it soon" Lilly said as she seen my blank motionless expression.

"I don't think so" I sighed and parked in my drive way. We came out and rang the doorbell.

"This is your house, open it" Lily said. She was right. I turned the knob and opened the door to see my still Hulk and still Spider man boys.

"Mom, didn't take you guys a shower" They shook their heads. Demi walked in still half asleep. "what the hell Demetria" her eyes opened and she looked mad. Which right now, I didn't care.

"What!" she asked.

"my kids are dirty, with paint still in their faces. Don't you know how to shower them" I walked upstairs and into the bathroom to shower them. "after this were going to the zoo with auntie Lil, ok" they nodded. I soon took them to their room and quickly changed them.

"I wanna see a monkey" Nick giggled.

"ok, well see that first, what about you Alex" he shrugged his shoulders.

"I duno, a lion" he said happily. He made roaring sounds with Nicki.

I went downstairs and got the pamper bags. Demi looked pissed.

"Don't expect saying good night tonight" is this lady serious.

"Lily Can you take the boys" she did as told and took the car seats. "what the hell is your problem" She looked at me.

"You, ok" she rolled her eyes.

"listen miss attitude, I'm trying to explain to something and you push me away. Like this little childish act that your doing is ruining our marriage. Re look at the video. I would never do something like that. I'm not that kind of person. Grow up Demi." I took off my wedding ring and sat in the table. "I'll bring them home before 7" I said and walked out.

"what happened" Lily asked. I placed my hand on the wheel and seen the finger where I always had the ring. I never take it off. It was now bare and cold.

"Let's just go" I whispered. She nodded and put the seat belt on. I did the same and began to drive. "ok babies, its Zoo time"

We got there and Lily took Alex in her arms as I did the same with Nick. We went and bought our tickets then went were Nicki wanted to go.

"Look Nicki, monkeys" Alex yelled. I smiled and stood him on the rail.

"look mommy, its a monkey" He smiled clapping his little hands.

"yeah baby, I see" i said. Lily smiled and took Alex to see the lions.

"His big" Alex looked surprised at the lion. He was scared at first but then smile making roaring sounds.

After a few hours we went to the gift shops and bought the boys a monkey and lion stuff animals with hats. They fell asleep during the ride home. It was quiet.

"I'll take them, you stay here" I nodded and watched her take the two sleeping boys with their hats and stuff animals. She came back minutes later and jumped in the passenger seat.

"Was she there" she nodded.

"yeah, but Dan, if she won't believe you then just leave her" Lily was my best friend, she was supposed to help, and instead telling me to leave her, the mother of my kids and especially the love of my life.
