Chapter 12

Demi's pov-

"Wow Demi, you have the cutest kids" Lauren said, picking up Alex.

"Thanks" I smiled and watched her tickle him.

"stwop it" He yelled.

"Lauren!" Camila said Lauren stopped and sat him down.

"sorry kiddo, your just so cute" Lauren giggled. Camila grabed her hand resting her head on Lauren's shoulder.

I smirked knowing the same look Camila had plastered on her face. It was the same expression I had when I'm around Dani.

"So, girls want to stay over since were spending tomorrow with each other" I asked. The girls nodded happily. "ok I'll show you guys the extra rooms" we walked around the house showing the girls the room. "do you guys mind sharing a room" I asked Lauren and Camila.

"No, its ok. Its perfect" Lauren said gently kissing Camila's cheek.

"you know, you guys remind me of Dani and I" I said picking up Alex.

"Really, then that's great. You guys have the perfect relationship" Camila said with a smile.

"Good night" Alex told the girls.

"goodnight" I walked away into our room.

Dani and Nick were asleep. I had totally forgotten about the bottle. I laid Alex near Nick, as I took the edge.

"Hey baby" I heard Dani say. I lifted my head seen her looking at me.

"Hi, I thought you were asleep" I asked.

"I was, I guess" She yawned sitting up. "I'm going to take the boys to the room ok" she took Nick and then Alex.

I stood up from bed Changing to my shorts and a tang top. I felt a pair of arms around my waist and I giggled.

"let's get to bed" She climbed in bed taking me with her. She snuggled her nose into the back of my neck.

"I love you" I whispered. I felt her lean forward and gently pressed her lips to my the back of neck.

"I love you to"

The next morning, I woke up to food being made and girls laughing. It smelled really good. I stood up and made my way to the bathroom to wash my face and teeth.

"Mommy" I heard the boys yell as I walked down the stairs.

"hey baby, hi girls"

"hey Demi" they yelled as they sat the table.

"and Dani" I asked helping Ally with the pancakes.

"I don't know, I think Lauren knows, she was up first" Ally said.

"Yeah, she left you this note. She left maybe an hour ago" Lauren handed me a piece of paper. I opened it and read it.

'Hanging out with Jen today, sorry baby I didn't tell you, but I can't wait to get you all alone tonight. Love you beautiful. Dani ♥'

I smiled and refolded the paper tucking it in a drawer. Alex and Nick sat eating with the girls.

"hey Dem, were going to the movies. Wanna come" Dinah said.

"Please mama" Nick yelled.

"I'm going to stay and wait for Dani, if you guys want, you can take the boys"

"really, yayy" Normani said happily.

They had eventually finished eating and got dressed. They left taking the boys with them.

I showered, got dressed and waited for Dani to come home. It was maybe 2 in the afternoon, and she was finally here. She opened the door and looked at me sitting in the couch. She looked nervous with her eyes wide.

"are ok babe" I asked.

"yeah, yeah I'm fine. Jussst tiiredd" you can tell she was thinking but I let it go.

"well let's go watch Tv upstairs, maybe that will get rid of your tiredness" I giggled.

"I'm no, its ok, I don't feel like watching Tv anyways" she bit her lower lip nervously and ran up the stairs.

Something is wrong with Dani, and I'm going to figure it out.
