I remember the guy in the diner. The 'unknown' guy. I still don't know who he is.

The next day, I went back to that diner. Hoping I could see him again. 'as if you know how he looks like.' the little voice in my mind is right. How can I know if he's around, if I don't know his face? I know, I can just forget that day, that guy, but, I just can't. I don't know, there's a part of me saying that I must know him.

So, here I am standing on the line. Waiting for my turn to order. I was looking around, trying my luck to find him. Until my eyes went to one corner of the diner. I saw a tall guy. Handsome, hot guy. Like an alpha man. Oh my, he's hot, really hot. Yummy! 'I wonder how his body looks like when his naked' hey, stupid mind! Stop being lustful!

I was looking at him the whole time. He's talking to one of the staff and looking to some papers. I think he's instructing the guy. I wonder, why of all people, he caught my attention. He's not even making a scene to catch attention. Until... until he looked around the diner and saw me. He smiled at me or maybe I should say, he's smirking. As if he's having a hidden joke in his mind. I just smile back at him.

Now I'm sitting on the same seat I had 'that day'. 'Katherine, you can't find him. You don't even know his face or his name.'

"Yeah, this is like, a mission impossible." Urgh! I'm talking to my self now.

"Excuse me, are you alone?" the 'guy' said after he cleared his throat.

"Oh... Y-yes. Why?"

"Can I join you?" He said smiling. Before I can answer, he's already sitting across me.

"By the way, I'm Adam. You are?" he said offering his hand for me to shake

I stared at him puzzled. 'what does this guy into?'

"A-are you... f-flirting with me?"

He laughed with what I said. I mean, he really laugh as if I said some epic joke. He slowly stoped when he saw my face turning red because of shame.

"Sorry, I don't mean to be rude. It's just that, I'm here, being friendly and you thought I'm flirting?" he said, stiil trying hard not to laugh again.

"I'm sorry. I don't mean to think that way. It's just that... Anyway, I'm Kath." I said smiling

"Hi. I'm glad you have your purse now."

"W-what do y-you mean?"

"Nothing. Never mind."

"Oh! You're the-

"Yep that's me" he stated with a smile. Oh that smile, 'that lips'  the little voice in my head is really being lustful. Haha.

"I'm sorry. I'll pay you." I was about to get the money from my purse which is on the table when he hold my hand

"It's okay. Don't mind it. Actually, I joined you here just to know if you're already okay. And I guess, you are." I can see his sincerity with what his saying. "I guess I can leave now. Enjoy your meal, Kath." he said smiling and leave.
