CHAPTER 27 : Present Time
A knock on my door brought me back to myself, to the reality. And I need to realize that there's no such thing as going back to the past and erase the failures, the heartaches.
"Who is it?" I asked with my husky voice, after crying
I should stop remembering Adam. He broke my heart into pieces. He just threw all of my love for him. All along I thought he love me, but I was so wrong.
Maybe I should pay my attention to Zac. Zac, who's always there for me, he'll never hurt me.
"Zac? What do you need?" I asked when I opened the door and saw him.
"I just wanted to apologize for what I've done. I'm really sorry Kath." he said with full of sincerity.
"No Zac. I should be the one apologizing. I've been too harsh to you. I'm sorry."
he just smile and said, "So, we're okay?" I nod.
"Good! 'Cause I'm planning to put this to you," he showed me a handkerchief "and present my surprise." and he fold his handkerchief and blindfolded me.
"Oh, not again Zac. Blindfold again?" I said with a chuckle, and he went to my back and put the blindfold.
"Yes," he said after tying "but this time, I'll make you cry." I elbowed him just on his arm.
"Ouch! What?" he complained
"Why you'll make me cry?"
"I'll make you cry in a good way," he said touching my shoulders, "tears of joy as what they say."
I can sense that we're going outside the room but don't know where we are going exactly.

"Whoa! No way. Is this serious?" I asked Zac when he pulled out a ring and ask me to marry him after he brought me to the sea shore infront of the hotel. "I mean, you don't need to do this. We are getting married tomorrow."
"I know. I just want to hear it from you. I want to hear you saying yes to me."
"Zac, I-I don't want to... give you false hope. I'm marrying you 'cause my dad said so, and... and, I don't have a choice."
"Oh yeah," he tap his forehead with his palm, "this is so stupid. Asking you to marry me is just so stupid! This-
"I-I'm so sorry Za-
"No, don't get me wrong, I'm not mad at you. Of course, I've already knew that you'll say what you've just said. It... it's just that... I hate the fact that I hoped for the best. You know, man can dream," he chuckled, a fake one "I think... you need to go back to your room. I'll just go somewhere. I need to do something."
"Zac yo-
"Katherine, I'm okay. Just do your beauty rest." he tapped my shoulder and leave.

Ooohh... It's been a long wait aaaannnd... at last!, the 27th chapter is here.
And guys, I just want to tell you that, the END is just around the corner. Yup! You read it right.
Once, I thought of not continuing this story anymore because I can't update regularly, but of course, since I'm so thankful for your reads/support I decided to continue it. Unfortunately, I want to end the story as soon as I could, because I'm really getting busy with other stuff so I can't supply chapters. Hope you understand guys.
