Aaron looked out the window, admiring the gentle pink sky. He wanted to just be able to reach up and touch it, to be absorbed in it. To see the whole Earth right now, the pink hue on the trees from the sky, the green on the flowers from the trees. The young boy knew it wouldn't last long, so he took out his camera and walked out the back door. He moved around to get the perfect angle, then got down on his knee and got a picture.

When Aaron got back inside, he looked at the picture he had taken and realized that there were some photo bombers- the birds that lived in the tree had flown up with some friends and made the picture plain and simply perfect. Aaron smiled and saved the picture to his favorites list. He got his laptop and pulled the picture off onto the computer's gallery. He saved it under favorites on that, too. His mother came in and looked over his shoulder, taking a deep breath in.

"How did you get that good? I'm not that good, and your father definitely isn't that good." Aaron chuckled. In the few home videos and photos that Mom had let Dad take, all you could see was a blur. Every time Aaron looked at them, he almost forgot and thought he needed a new prescription for his glasses. From the thought of his glasses, Aaron pushed them up further on his nose. "I found this in the mail for you. It's from that new show, MILLION." Mrs. Johnson handed her son an envelope with concern in her eyes. She was nervous for her son's feelings.

Aaron tore open the envelope to find a long letter, partially typed. He read it, and his mouth dropped open. "I GOT IN!" He jumped up and hugged his mom, tears running down both of their faces. Their dog, Moo, came in and sniffed Aaron's ankles, who swept him up and gave the puppy a belly rub. "I got in, Moo! I'm going to be on TV! I could win money!" Moo gave him a big, slobbery kiss on the cheek, then closed his eyes with content.

Later, that night, Aaron's dad came home from work and stomped to his room, and he was not a small guy. The whole floor shook, and Moo lost his balance. Aaron looked the way his father had went, concerned. But, as soon as he saw the letter from MILLION on the table, the boy forgot what had happened and hopped up the stairs to bed.
