Neal's POV

Walking into Granny's was normal, walking into Granny's to see your son sitting at the counter with a beer in his hand was completely different. I walked up and sat down next to him.

"Where's Luke?" I asked looking around for his friend.

"The library, he loves libraries," Henry said. I nodded.

"What's wrong?" I asked.

"What made you think something's wrong?" Henry asked.

"You're drinking a beer, your boyfriend is at the library, and you have a look on your face," I said.

"I'm of legal drinking age," Henry said.

"What about the look on your face?" I asked deciding to talk to him about Luke later. Henry sighed.

"I took down a murderer, over exhausted myself, and revealed two things about myself that I was hoping I wasn't going to need to reveal for a while to my mothers, all in one day," Henry said.

"Now I can understand why your drinking a beer, care to tell me what you revealed?" I asked. He sighed again and then turned to face me.

"I'm a werewolf and I have magic," he said.

"Can I ask how?" I asked kind of surprised.

"Luke and I ran into a pack of werewolves in a different dimension, and both of my parents come from a magical world, do I have to say more?" He said a little annoyed.

"This isn't how your going to solve your problems," I said.

"I know, that's why I'm done," he said putting the beer down and sliding it to the top of the counter. He got up and put a ten on the counter walking out. I ran after him.

"Wait, Henry!" I said catching up to him.

"Dad, I don't want to talk," he said.

"Then you don't have to, but now that I'm back in your life I'd like to do something with you," I said. He stopped.

"What did you have in mind?" He said. I grinned.

Henry's POV

"Thanks dad," I said sitting next to him on a bench overlooking the ocean.

"No problem," he said smiling. We had spent the last hour just walking around town talking about random things.

"I had a lot of fun," I said.

"Good, I'm glad you did," he said. He looked at his watch. "Shoot! Sorry Henry I've got to go!" He said jumping up.

"Where are you going?" I asked.

"I'll tell you later!" He said running away. I sighed and looked out to the sea.

"Hey Henry!" Someone said. I turned around and walking towards me was my grandmother pushing baby Neal in his stroller.

"Hey Grandma!" I said as she sat down beside me.

"So Emma told me about everything that's happened today," she said.

"Great, saves me the effort," I said.

"Dimensional traveling, pretty crazy," she said.

"It was," I said.

"Meet anyone special?" She asked.

"Other than Luke? Depends on what you mean," I said smiling.

"Well I think Luke is a different type of special," she said. I shrugged blushing.

"What did you mean by special?" I asked curious.

"I meant anyone out of the ordinary," she said.

"I met a lot of people, not many stand out as out of the ordinary," I said. She nodded.

"So, Luke said he fights aliens with his mother?" She asked changing the subject. I nodded.

"Yeah, he fights aliens with his mom, and some of his freinds," I said.

"So he's met aliens?" She asked.

"Yeah, he's told me about a few of them, like he's fought these things called daleks, I like to describe them as salt shakers of death," I said laughing at my joke. Grandma didn't laugh.

"So what about this doctor of his?" She asked.

"He's a time lord, has two hearts, travels through time and space in this thing called the TARDIS, saves planets, people, whole races. He's the last of his kind, well other than a clone of him, but he took them to a different dimension, and that clone is only half time lord and half human. Don't ask how, Luke tried to explain it to me and I still don't understand," I said trying to give a good amount of information. Gosh I'm starting to sound like Luke!

"He sounds like an interesting man," she said.

"Well it depends on if he's a man at the moment," I said chuckling.

"What do you mean?" Grandma asked.

"The doctor does this thing called regeneration, being a time lord he can heal himself, but when he does there's a possibility of a gender change I guess," I said.

"That's different,"she said.

"He's an alien so he's going to be different," I said chuckling. We sat there for a moment. She looked at her watch. "What time is it?" I asked.

"5:30, come on, we're meeting at Granny's for dinner at 5:40," she said getting up. I got up and walked besides her. When we reached Granny's I saw everyone's cars outside. I opened the door for Grandma and she pushed the stroller inside. I walked in behind her. Sitting at a big table was my whole family. Regina was sitting with Robin, with Roland beside him. Emma and Neal were sitting next to each other. Grandpa had a seat open next to him obviously for Grandma, with a high chair next to that seat for baby Neal. Then there was Luke, he was smiling and taking in everything, their was a seat open next to him obviously for me. I came in and sat next to Luke.

"Hey," he said beaming.

"Hey," I said blushing. Grandpa cleared his throat. While Luke and I had been awkwardly greeting each other the table had grown quiet. I looked around the table. Everyone was just staring as if waiting for something. All except Dad that is. He had obviously watched the whole interaction like everyone else at the table. The only difference is he was chuckling. Emma hit his arm.

"Hey!" He said grabbing his arm.

"So, who's hungry?" I said trying to direct the attention away from myself. We ordered dinner. It was a great evening. Dad kept trying to make jokes and I laughed at his attempts. Everyone got along and the food was good. Eventually Robin and Regina left because Roland had to go to bed. On her way out Mom kissed me on the head and said love you. I smiled. Not to long after they left, we paid and headed home.

"Bedtime," Mom said as we walked in the door.

"I couldn't agree more!" I said. I looked to Luke for a second. When he saw my eyes he knew what I was thinking.

"Want me to stay with you again tonight?" He asked me. I saw Mom perk up out of the corner of my eye. I nodded.

"Alright, good night everyone," Luke said as we climbed the stairs.

"Good night you two!" I heard Grandma call after us. I smiled, Grandma was great.
