Summer vacation just ended and of course it was time to go back to school.  My least favorite sound IN THE WORLD, my alarm clock, sounded signaling that it's time to get up.  Now that I'm a sophomore I don't have to worry about freshman Friday, getting picked on by seniors, or getting silly stringed in the halls.  I've dreaded the first day of school all summer.  Summer went by so fast.  It felt like there was literally just five seconds of summer.  I rolled out of bed and headed straight to the bathroom to shower.  Unfortunately Ashton got there first. Ugh! Brothers! He's a guy why does he need all this extra time to get ready! It's not like he does much... After what feels like forever Ash walked out of the bathroom and I finally got to shower.  I showered quickly so I'd have time to get ready. I got dressed, did my hair, and make-up and ran downstairs to grab breakfast.  Luckily my little sister had already made breakfast. THANK. GOSH. I grabbed breakfast and ran out to go to school.  Since Ash is a senior now he's able to drive us to school, I'm so done with the buses.  First we head to Luke's house to pick him up and are on our way.

***At School***

I walk through the doors to hell, uh I mean school..., and see my boyfriend Calum.  He's a year above me, close friends with my brother, attractive, funny, sweet, and overall a great guy.  When he asked me out last year saying I was happy and excited is an understatement.  Things were going well for awhile. I don't know... I guess you could say I'm bored?  I hate being tied down. After how things went with my last boyfriend... Calum has been acting weird lately so I'm not sure if he was thinking of breaking up with  me.  I wouldn't be heartbroken, but he is a pretty good guy.  To be honest I've kinda got my eyes on someone else.

"Ken? Kennedy? Hello? Earth to Kennedy!" I am snapped out of my trans by Calum.

"Hey babe!" I say as he kisses me on the cheek, "How was your trip to New Zealand? I wish we went on vacation this summer!"

"It was good." Calum says sidetracked.  His eyes wandering off in the distance to a familiar face.

Luke.

Calum's Point of View

I haven't seen Kennedy in about a month since I was in New Zealand.  When I was there I was doing a lot of thinking and figuring myself out.  I'm so unsure of what I'm doing with my life.  I've tried figuring my life out and what I want to do, but when it comes to Kennedy, my mind goes blank.  I can't seem to figure out what it is, but i just can't come to any conclusions... She's an amazing girl, but I'm not sure about where our relationship is going.  When I was gone on vacation  we didn't talk much, so I was assuming we'd have a lot to talk about, but neither of us are saying much.

*RING*

Saved by the bell.
