Chapter Nineteen

Harry's POV

"Happy Birthday Kendall!" We said in unison. I wish Taylor was here. It would be more fun if she was.

Kendall celebrated her birthday twice. Yesterday was a business-related celebration where all CEO and COO attended. And now for her friends and acquitances. It's like a party. People were going wild now. But I tend to control myself. I refused to every girl who asked me out. Also, I keep on refusing to drink. The nine of us were sitting on one table together with Kendall.

"Come on Harry. A drink won't hurt you." Kendall offers me a bottle. "Hmm. Well, I won't refuse this time since it's your birthday." I winked at her as I accepted the bottle and took a gulp.

And that gulp changed everything.

People are getting each second. The lads took the girls for a dance leaving me and Kendall to the table. Plus, Gigi isn't comfortable with her. I was utterly drunk and dizzy right now. We talked about many things and I told her how much I miss Taylor.

An hour passed and I'm still stuck with Kendall. As our conversation goes on, as she gets closer. Until she come closer to me. I closed my eyes. Until I felt her lips to mine.

I had no choice but to kiss her back. Maybe it's the effect of the alcohol. She puts her arms around my neck not breaking our kiss.

Then I realized what I was doing. I pulled out quickly and got up. "I---I'm sorry. I made a mistake." I hurriedly grab my jacket and quickly ran off away from her.

I can sense that she's following me. Until I felt a grip on my wrist and whispered, "Just think about it Harry. You know I have feelings for you." I quickly removed her tight grip as I continue to ran off.

As I arrived in our condo. I fall back down onto my bed and regretted for what I did. I was guilty and paranoid about it. And it all reminds me the mistakes I've done to Taylor. I really messed up BIG TIME.

I hate her. She brought me into this. No. I hate myself. Ugh! My life is screwed up!
