Amber P.O.V

I walked into my classroom with Alexis beside me. We had already left Lizzy to fend for herself, and I was sure I wasn't getting a hug when I get home today.

I sighed and looked at my brand new first period classroom. It was like any stereotypical classroom. Posters on the walls, normal desks in the middle, and a white board at the front. Teachers don't really try to be different when they decorate, do they?

Alexis put her hand on my shoulder and sighed along with me. First period was the worst. Science. People say that math is the worst. Nope. I barely know Science. I know that it's cool to to projects and stuff, but it usually starts drama because you have to be in groups, and you have to learn about rocks and bugs and stuff, and it's so hard! I barely passed it to get into Eighth grade!

"Good morning girls,"Mr. Kenith said, walking in front of us."You girls can take the seats at the back of the class so that we can get started."

He pointed to the back of the classroom. Alexis walked to where Mr.Kenith was pointing and walked to the back of the classroom, with me following behind her.

She sat in a seat next to the posters in the back of the classroom, with the chairs touching the back of the wall. I sat down in the seat beside her. I looked around the classroom and I noticed that there was something on the board that said,'Let the Flames be with you, Amber,'

I poked Alexis and pointed to the board.

"Do you see that on the board?"I asked, turning to face the board again. There was nothing there.

"What are you talking about?"she asked, giving me the same weird look from the morning.

I shook my head and stared at the board. How did it disappear? I looked away for a second! Alexis probably wanted to run away from me right now.

"I'm sorry, I'm probably just nervous for today,"I explained, trying to make it look normal.

She awkwardly nodded and looked back at Mr. Kenith. I looked at the clock and noticed that it didn't even have the arrows pointing to the time!

I looked around and saw them on Alexis' desk, pointing to her! I sighed and decided to play it cool and ignore it.

It's probably nothing, honestly, I was probably just me imagining stuff, because I was nervous about this class period.

I glared over and saw Alexis staring at the ceiling weirdly. I ignored it and looked back at the clock. It was back to normal! What was happening?! This morning, I met the girl from my dream, and now I'm seeing weird stuff in my classroom! I shook my thoughts away and listened to the lesson.
________

I walked out of the locker rooms to see a gym full of crazy kids running around. I sighed and Alexis ran up to me, handing me a name tag with my name on it. Where were we? An office? I mean, I know that no one knows who I am, but I don't need to be known anyways!

"Amber.."

Someone whispered my name. I looked around and saw nothing and even Alexis wasn't saying anything. Oh god. Why am I getting treated like this? Did my mom put something in my bagel? No! I'm going crazy! Am I high? Oh come on!
