Altagarsi is known for its rich water resources. There are a lot of farms, resorts, hotels and zoos here.
It has twelve towns namely: Asida Island, Caras, Chilla City, Ciri Island, Coluz Island, Gofu City, Horos, Luxi, Sensu Island, Tuvi, Ufdi Island and Zuwi. Two of which are cities and ten are municipalities. Five of these municipalities are small islands.
