Capital : Palay City
Vizas is known for its agricultural resources. It is the rice capital of the country. The province also has vast vegetable farms, fruit orchards, cattle farms, poultry farms and the likes.
It has twelve towns namely: Bashra, Fahan, Ghande, Iyuan City, Jinan, Kinton, Nicobar, Qandah, Palay City, Shika, Umbai and Vienti. Two of which are cities and the other ten are municipalities.
