Arginne is known for its rich oil deposits. It is surrounded by water rich with beautiful coral reefs and different fishes. The province has many diving spots.
It has nine towns namely: Irizi City, Isla Amistad, Lucera, Osqueta City, Quozi, Sardim, Trista City, Vongotta City and Welles. Four of which are cities, the other four are municipalities, and the last one is an island.
