A/N: Uh, there is some heavy making out in this chapter. No sex scenes but sex is talked about to lengths also. I don't think I have to change it to mature because there isn't actually a sex scene.
"It's been like three days now?" Dean asks as he approaches and I sigh. It's been a long three days at that. "We got to cheer him up. Maybe I'll give him a backrub."
"Dean." I warn.
"Well, what, then?" Dean asks.
"Look...we might have to wrap our heads around the idea that Bobby might not just bounce back this time." Sam pauses and looks at the envelope. "What's in the envelope?"
"Went to radiology." Dean pulls out the contents. "Got some glamour shots." Dean shows us the photo. His ribs have Enochian writing on. "Let's just say the doctors are baffled."
"Holy crap." Sam states.
"Yeah, well, Cas carved you two one, too." Dean replies as my phone rings and I answer the phone.
"Hello?"
"Ashlee." Cas greets.
"Cas?"
"Yes. Where are you?"
"Ah, St. Martin's Hospital." I answer. "Why? What are you-" Beep. "Cas?" Did he hang up on me? I put away my phone as doctors rush pass us. Cas approaches us, moving out the way slightly as the doctors run past.
"Cell phone, Cas? Really?" Dean asks. "Since when do angels need to reach out and touch someone?"
"You've hidden from angels now-all angels. I won't be able to simply-" Bobby cuts off Cas.
"Enough foreplay." We all turn to look at Bobby. "Get over here and lay your damn hands on." Bobby's injury is pretty big unlike my ribs. "Get healing. Now."
"I can't." Cas says.
"Say again?" Bobby asks as he turns around in his chair and Cas walks up to Bobby.
"I'm cut off from Heaven and much of Heaven's power." Cas explains. "Certain thing I can do. Like, I could heal a broken wrist. Certain things I can't. Like, heal a paralysed spine."
"You're telling me you lost your mojo just in time to get me stuck in this trap the rest of my life?" Bobby questions, angrily.
"I'm sorry." Cas apologises.
"Shove it up your ass." Bobby retorts before facing the window again.
"At least he's talking now." Dean comments to us.
"I heard that." Bobby replies as Cas walks back over to us.
"I don't have much time." Cas states. "We need to talk."
"Okay." Dean agrees.
"Your plan to kill Lucifer."
"Yeah. You want to help?" Dean questions.
"No." Cas answers and I raise an eyebrow. "It's foolish. It can't be done."
"Oh. Thanks for the support." Dean retorts.
"But I believe I have the solution." Cas supplies. "There is someone beside Michael strong enough to take on Lucifer. Strong enough to stop the apocalypse."
"Who's that?" I ask.
"The one who resurrected me and put you on that aeroplane. The one who began everything. God." I widen my eyes. "I'm gonna find God." Dean shuts the door to the room.
