He got in and and immediately asked where she was.

I just ran upstairs to my room because I was kinda shy... U know, I don't know how to talk to boys I don't know. Minutes later, someone is knocking on my door, probably Jaden.

Jaden: River, Kyree is here, he wants to meet u.

Me: Yeah, OK, u guys go downstairs I'll be there, I'm just... Doing something

Jaden: OK... Don't take too long

They were gone and I just sat on my bed. It took 5 minutes for me to calm down, then I finally had the courage to get out of my room and go downstairs.

Suddenly Jaden's phone rang.

Jaden: So do y'all wanna go to the beach with the niggas.

The truth is that I didn't want them to see me in a bikini, not bc I was insecure of my body, which I'm not, but I just didn't want to be half naked (even tho if was the beach) in front of niggas I've never seen before in my life, I was too shy u know. So I just made up an excuse.

Me: I'm on my period.

They just looked at each other and then looked back at me.

Jay: Can't you just put some tampons..

Me: Nope, ain't got no tampons here.

They just looked at each other again.

Jay: I can bring u some..

Me: Nigga u don't understand none of that shit, u don't what kind of tampons I use, thank u but just leave it.

Jay: My mom told me not to leave you alone...

They looked at each other for like the 3rd time, then went upstairs to get their stuff and got outta home.
