I had tears running down my face. No boy around here will trust me because of my mistakes.

I heard my mom calling me.

Malu's Mom: I've got news for you.

2 weeks later, LAX, 10h37 am

Finally I'm moving to New Jersey. My mom got a new job there and we're moving. She thought I would be sad about it, but I'm actually very happy. It's gonna be a new start for me, where no one can judge me for my past mistakes - well I hope that nobody in Jersey remembers what  happened with Noah and Tay. I did let nobody know that I'm leaving, none of them likes or cares about me at this moment. Me and my mom just got on the plane, can't wait to start again.

Jaden, maths class

It's the second period and I haven't seen Malu at all, I have the first two periods with her. I'm still hella mad at her but it doesn't mean that I don't care about her. I sat on my spot and a few minutes later the teacher got in the classroom

Mrs. Johnson: good morning class

Class: good morning

Mrs. Johnson: so, as y'all must know, your classmate Malu Trevejo just moved to New Jersey so that's less a student that we--

Me: Hold up teacher, sorry but... Malu what?!

Mrs. Johnson: As I said, Malu moved out to New Jersey, you as her best friend should've known about this, shouldn't you?

Me: Yes... I should.

She kept talking about something but I couldn't really pay attention to the whole class. She just moved to the other side of the country, that means I might not see her again...

*end of period*

I flew out of the classroom and went to meet the rest other group.

Me: Guys, I got news

River: Tell us, about what?

Me: about Malu

Kyree: lmao we don't give a f--

Me: no man listen... She just moved to New Jersey

Malak: ...she did?

Me: Yeah man

Malak: ...Great

Me: come on don't say that

Malak: No, the furthest I am from her, the better for me, she lives across the country now, that's an okay distance so I won't have to see her face no more

Kyree: well, there's nothing we can do. She stays better there, away from us

Me: but that's my best friend. Yes I'm hella mad at her but still she is important to me and she didn't even warned me

River: if I was her I wouldn't tell nobody too

It sucks. Now if I try to call her, for sure she ain't gon reply. I grabbed my phone out of my pocked and looked her name up in my contacts.
