We were at PizzaHut and we were still waiting on our food.

Malu: Aye, while the food doesn't come, River can you come to the bathroom with me?

Me: Sure

We got out of PizzaHut leaving all the boys there and walked into the bathroom.

Malu: Can I confess something?

Me: Yeah sure

Malu: Well I decided to ask you for advice and even tho I barely know you, you're the only other girl in the squad now. Well I have the biggest crush on Malak but I was never able to tell him. Jaden is my best friend and he always tells me to take the risk but I don't know... -she said with her funny accent

Me: Well, I agree with Jaden, you should take the risk and tell him how you feel, you're gorgeous and tbh I caught him looking at you several times in there

Malu: For real?

Me: Yeah

Malu: Let's go back, maybe the food is ready

We went back and ate our pizzas.

30 minutes later

Malak: I gotta go home because my mom said we're going to a family party, I gotta be at home by 4pm, it's 3:38pm

Jaden: Aight let's go

Malu: River when do you start school?

Me: This Monday 😩

Sebas: Aye it's finna get lit

Me: I hope 😂

We paid for our pizzas and we went our way home.

We all wet home so Kyree, Malak and Craig could get their stuff and then they left. River walked upstairs to her room and I decided to clean the mess we made and then I laid on the couch watching some TV. Suddenly I hear the door opening and I hear my mom's voice.

JM: JADEN! RIVER! WE'RE HOME!!

Me: Hey guys

JM: Hey, I'm surprised the house ain't a mess.

Damn I'm so glad I decided to clean it, or I would get my ass beaten.

JM: Where's River?

River: I'm here! - she said running downstairs

JM: Hey girl!! Did Jaden treat you right?

River: (giggles) yeah he did

JM: You already know your school starts Monday? I already bought your books so we only need to buy your school material and your backpack.

River: Okay, thanks! Yes I already knew my mom told me

JD: We need to tell you guys something...

JM: Oh yeah I almost forgot

JD: So Jaden, your cousins are coming to spend one week with us

Me: Alexa, Steph and Trey?

JM: Yes

Me: Damn I miss them already, when are they coming?

JD: Tonight, so you and me are going to see where are they staying and plan something fun and pick them up at the airport tonight, Mom and River will go shopping and then cook, right?

River: Cool let me just go get my shoes and phone!

River

I am exited to meet Jaden's cousins, it might be fun! I put on my shoes, grabbed my phone and got into Jaden's mom car.
