Ruby's POV

"jason .. jason come on where are you " i yelled into the big silent forest , i could hear my words echoe all around me yet nobody answered to my calls 'hmm maybe he is somewhere further up ahead . i started to skip cheeerfully while keeping my eyes infront of me until i heard the crack of a stick behind a tree just up ahead "oh no where could he be "i said in a sing-songy voice while giggling , slowly i crept up to the tree making sure to make not a single sound then i pounced to the other side "GOTCHA !! " i yelled as i landed infront of the still figure but i stood there frozen as i starred up at his face "w-wait...... your not my brother ? " the stranger smirked his white teeth sparkling in the sunlight 'they were soo white like snow and they were so .. pointy .the stranger took a step towards me in return i took a step back "s-stay aw-away from me"but he ignored my request because he took another step closer his should length jet black hair flowing with the forest breeze , his eyes red as blood starred at my frightened green ones yet his showed me nothing , no kindness , no evil , no sadness or anger just ... emptiness "what do you want "i asked but i doubt he heard it because it came out more like a whisper , he smiled once again flashing his sharp white teeth "i want YOU !! "he yelled the last word as he sprung at me but i couldnt move all i could do was scream .

"AHHHHHHHHHHH" i screamed as i lurched out of bed i gasped for air and clutched my sweaty hair "whats happening to me " suddenly i heard heavy footfalls outside my door which was then followed by the door being smashed open and derrick , jason and aurum racing in "whats wrong ruby "they all asked in usion which i found kinda funny but didnt laugh "oh ... sorry guys it nothing just a nightmare "i whispered more to myself than to them , for some reason though my back was stinging like someone just bit it i reached to scratch at it but had a change of thought when realising they were still here "oh "i laughed nervously "everythings ok guys its something i have as a kid so no need to worry "i quickly said while adding in a genuine smile , luckily this worked .. for mostly all of them except for one .. Jason ugh .

He stood there staring me down while the others made there way back outside my room .When they left i turned back to jason "what you want now " i asked in a bored tone hoping it will lure him away "i want you to tell me the truth "he replied obviously annoyed "WELL I WOULD LIKE MY FUCKING DOOR BACK BUT OH WAIT I CANT YOU KNOW WHY !! "i yelled at him furiously "BECAUSE YOU ASSHOLES BROKE IT INTO FUCKING PIECES " as i shouted the last words both of our gazes turned to the floor where bits of the remaining door was left " ugh your such a baby " he yelled back as he left my room , i was going to shout back but i decided it was a waste of breath and time someone had to stop and we both know that neither of us want to .. you know what who gives a fuck "YOUR STILL FIXING MY DOOR YOU BASTARD " i shouted letting my voice echo throughout the house knowing he couldnt ignore it and i was right because not long after he groaned in annoyance and laziness threres no suprise there.

I walked outside letting the cold morning breeze flow through my red hair and wash over my pale skin "what a lovely morning " i said soothingly "yeah it is isnt it " quickly i spun around and faced derrick his black hair fluttering infront of his relaxed face his blue eyes staring into my own but unlike the eyes in my dream his was filled with emotions that were so easy to pick out , i could see relaxation , happiness , calm but there was one thing i didnt see and that was affection he was my mate wasnt he so how come he doesnt look at me that way , my stomach began to churn most likely because of my negative thoughts " i got to go " i muttered while turning around and making my way back to the house at that moment all i could think about was derrick derrick derrick but when i put distance between us i was able to think straight again although that didnt last long because  not long later aurum came into the kitchen he was in plain  jeans and singlet , his shoulder length gold hair neatly brushed even better than mine .. wow now that i think about it thats kind of embarrassing that a guy has better hair than me a female i then noticed that he was missing something and then it hit me "aurum " i choked "oh yes ruby "he turned to me questionably "uh ... where is your wings ? " at first he just starred at me and a second later he started laughing "what so funny? " i asked curiously , after settling himself down he smirked " i simply cut them off " he said casually "YOU WHAT ??!! " at first we wouldnt stop bickering until he finally explained that when an angels wing had been damaged regardless if it heals or not it wont have the same strength it had once before so in order to refill its strength and speed he cut his old ones off so his new one could grow at first this kind of freaked me out but he didnt seem to mind what he did and i guess if it doesnt bother him it shouldnt bother me ... but it did i felt like punching him and crying at the same time for doing something like that to himself .

i lied half asleep in my bed its blankets no longer giving me the comfort i needed to rest again so instead i quickly sat up and slipped on my boots "might aswell go for a walk " I sleepily told myself while giving one last yawn before making my way outside it was dark and cold something i didnt like but was use to ... it was exactly like this in mikes basement i clutched my head in pain as those terrible memories flashed through my brain "i cant believe that all happened one month ago " i said in wonder and here i was reunited with my brother , my hero and my angel what more could i want also i have a girl to hangout with since this was jasons mates house,  i sighed as i stood up no point getting all depressed over the past its time to look at the future , maybe a jog will help i thought to myself hopefully.

I jogged for about half an hour before stopping for a quick rest , i leaned against a tree letting my body regain some energy , my body all of a sudden became tense and when this happens to a werewolf it means that there is a danger near by , i postured myself into a attack stance ready to pounce onto my enemy ,  soon enough i could hear the stranger coming closer then i could see the outline of his body and then his face ..mikes face . I snarled showing my own pair of sharp canine teeth warning him luckily he took this into consideration and stopped his advance "how dare you show your face to me "i growled at him but he didnt seem fazed nor scarred or amused he just looked dead his face showed no expression just like those eyes in my dream "no ruby listen please just for a moment i just came to warn you "he pleaded with me at first i couldnt care less and instead wished to sink my teeth into his flesh but i gave his words a moment of thought i guess it couldnt hurt to hear "what is it and make it quick or else " he didnt waste another moment in telling me "ruby you are in terrible danger he is coming for you "he quickly explained,  fear dripping from each word "wait what who is he " but he didnt answer he just stood there starring at me and then he fell to the floor his body motionless , i ignored my instinct to runaway and instead ran to him i reached for his pulse , i gasped when i touched his skin it was cold as ice yet i still searched for a pulse but just as i thought there was none .. mike was dead but his body seemed dead way before but thats impossible he wass just talking to me a moment ago just as i was about to turn around and make my way back to the house a blanket of darkness covered me .

I opened my eyes and found myself back in my room i yawned as i streched my tired body "phew it was just a dream " i told myself as i hoped out of bed , once dressed and hair brushed neatly i opened up my blinds and was met by the warm welcoming rays of the sun , i smiled , glad that i was in a etter mood i then began to go downstairs , half way down i heard voices coming from the kitchen .

"are you sure "

"im 100 % sure its no rumour "

"wow who would have thought that he .."

i reached the bottom of the stairs making as much noise as possible to show them i was there and that it was about time they shared with me this interesting gossip what can i say its a girl thing "so care to share "they all looked at eachother before jason turned to me "mike is dead they found his body in the forest yesterday but by then he was long gone .."

i couldnt believe what i just heard but wheather i wanted to believe it or not it was still true , mike is dead but for one i do know that he didnt die of natural cause someone killed him and im guessing this someone is the guy that mike warned me about and now he is after me .

i know its crappy but hey if you read the other chapters then you would expect something like that from me lol anyways enjoy dont critisize meh for my mistake or writing haha byebye xoxox
