Millard saw two large men in black suits emerge from the back. He tried to warn the Lux. Brothers in a calm and orderly fashion, but it came out as

"gogogogOGOGOGOGONOW"

Their heads whipped around to see the two wights, and bolted out the door. Jamie hastily picked up Millard and flung him over his back like a sack of potatoes, which, in this situation, Millard deemed appropriate.

But because of the extra weight, Jamie couldn't keep up with his brothers. He dropped Millard and shouted

"Run. I'll hold them off."

"But-"

"GO. NOW! TELL MY BROTHERS WHAT'S HAPPENED, JUST SAVE YOURSELF AND GO!"

Millard hesitated, but started sprinting towards the twins. He didn't dare look back.
He caught up to them, and kept running.

"Where's Jamie?" Gideon said panickedly

"He's holding them off, and told me to say to keep running." Millard spat.

In a heartbeat, the brothers spun around and started sprinting the other way. Millard turned and saw Jamie, unconscious, slung over the back of the smaller of the two wights, a trickle of blood running from the wight's temple. They were still advancing on him and the two brothers. Millard caught Gideon by the wrist, and Fabian by the shoulder. Gideon had tears streaming down his face.

"We have to help him." He sobbed

"He said to go. We need to keep moving." Millard urged.

He wasn't trying to be insensitive, but he had to honor Jamie's wishes. He pulled the reluctant brothers away from the sight of their fallen family member, and they kept running.

They eventually lost the wights, and took a break from running. Gideon and Fabian crumbled to the ground, crying and exhausted. Millard couldn't imagine having your mother, then your older brother being taken from you.

Jamie had shoved the small pink box into Millard's pocket before they parted ways. It had the address they needed to go to. It was crumpled, and there was some donut oozing out of it, but the adress was still readable.

Fabian and Gideon waited in an alleyway while Millard did some "shopping". Even though he wasnt invisible for the time being, he still knew how to shoplift a complete outfit. He went into several different stores, and no one was the wiser. He returned to the alleyway, and they all changed into new clothes that made them blend in a bit better.

They walked to where the Goategles had landed, and saw they were okay. They decided to hideout there for awhile. Fabian took something out of Spinf's saddlebag. It was a small piece of old looking red cloth, and Fabian stuffed it into his pocket. Gideon tried to snatch it from his pocket, but Fabian lunged away from him.

This turned into a strange game of tag. Millard didnt understand what was so important about this piece of cloth. Gideon eventually tackled Fabian, wrestled the cloth out of his pocket, and held it up triumphantly.

"You still have your blankie?"

Fabian's face turned red.

"..just a patch of it."

Millard thought this was fine, considering the stressful circumstances.

Gideon let out a dry laugh, and walked over to his bag that was at the base of a tree.

"You know, Fabe..." He pulled a piece of blue cloth from the bag "We're more alike than you'd wish to think."

They sat around for about an hour. Millard had written the address on his hand (something he'd never done successfully before) and disposed of the smashed box. He cut out and kept the piece of the box that had the original store's address on it in case the marker on his hand washed off.

They asked each other questions, learned about each other's past, and shares stories. Millard had never felt closer to the brothers, and couldn't think of a more fitting time.

Millard checked the stolen watch on his wrist. They had been sitting for 93 minutes, and decided that it war finally time to get their family and friends back.

They walked a few miles, steering clear of any men in suits and/or sunglasses. They reached the original Voodoo Doughnuts, and ventured inside. A small man in a maroon suit greeted them.

"Ah, Mister Nullings and Misters Luxtenebris! We've been expecting you."

And with those words, Millard felt a sharp blow to the back of his head.

Everything went black.
