Chapter 20

"So what's the plan?" Wildcat asked, leaning on the wall and his arms crossed over his chest.

"We-"

"It's simply. We get in, find them, and get out." X said in a flat tone. 'Can no one ever cut me off?!' "We should get going before the world breaks in two." She began walking towards the building and stopped.

"What's wrong?" I said as I walked up to her. She makes me feel like a giant since she's 5'4.

"Something isn't right." She looked around the area before she began walking into an ally. "I'll catch up with you guys, go without me." Was all she said before she completely disappeared.

"Well that was weird" Mini said "We should probably get going it's getting dark already."

We began walking and I felt completely cold. Must be the shield. We were very stealthy trying not to get caught. When we reached the door no one was around. 'Weird' I was about to open the door when Lui told me to stop. "What now?" I turned to face lui.

"Isn't it weird that it's fucken quite?" He said as he placed both his hands on his hips and raised his right eyebrow.

"Yeah that's true it is to quite. I was expecting some guards or something."

"Maybe there inside." Mini said answering nogla's question.

"Let's just get going." Wildcat said still in a annoyed voice. 'He looks pissed' I just shook my head not thinking about it.

I was very quiet, I didn't talk as much, nor did I make a comment when someone would say something. 'What's wrong with me?' I sighed. The place was pretty dark and there was no lights so me and wildcat used our index finger with fire as a torch, while we looked for a switch or something.

"Found one." Nogla said in excitement. Wildcat went towards the light switch and created electricity to make some of the lights come back on. "Nice work" He patted wildcat's shoulder and he just nodded.

"Evan!"

I turned around and saw Evan tied up to a chair, he was all bruised up. I felt heartbroken seeing him like that. I saw around the room and my eyes widened when I saw Rae, Shadow, and Sky. They were chained to the wall and bruised up as well.

"J-jonathan" Sky said in a faint voice. I ran up to the cage and busted it open. I took the chains from their wrist and leg and laid them down carefully on the floor. They were out cold except for sky. "What happened?" I said kneeling down and placing her head on my thigh, I caressed her cheek.

"He took our p-powers. Is that even possible?" She said, her voice cracking, and tears flowing down her cheek.

"Who?" I said in anger and wiped the tears from her. She just shook her head and I knew that she didn't know who the person was. I could tell she was tired so I layed her down carefully and let her rest. I got up and moved my hand above there body  making a invisible shield so they won't get hurt. I turned around and saw wildcat carrying Evan bride style. It made me jealous.

"That was easy-" Lui said jumping excitedly before he was cut of by a deep voice.

"HA. Nothing is ever easy in life." An evil laugh echoed which sent chills down my spine. "I'm glad you made it. The show is about to start." He said with an open arm. He wore a white mask which, didn't cover his mouth and you could see him smirking. All the lights went on and everyone went back to back in fighting position, surrounding wildcat. I saw that there was a metal fencing surrounding us and behind it were some short of shadow/human and were on fire. "Like my little army?" He said with a smirk. "Your friends actually put up a great fight especially your boyfriend" He said in a appealing tone and licked the top of his lips. It made me angry.

"Boyfriend!? Everyone said turning there heads towards me.

"Well not his boyfriend anymore." He said gritting his teeth. He snapped his finger and Evan appeared by his side, tied up and fully awake now. "You want him back? Give up your powers just like your friends did and your boyfriend did." He smirked.

"Never!"

"Wrong answer. He'll be mine. Forever" He licked Evans cheek and laughed. It disgusted me. "Get them!" The cages went down and they started attacking us.

I saw as everyone began fighting them off. Wildcat let his anger go and his body was now covered with fire and with electricity around him. Lui turned into a wolf using his dark magic to summon spears around him and shot the shadows/human, whatever they were. Nogla summoned roots and copied what the shadows/humans were doing, which was fire and shadows. And Mini, he summoned water and did a water tornado he also made the shadow/humans turn against there team and  fought one another. As for me I tried going towards the guy and flew up to where he was.

"I heard many things about you Delirious. Come and rule this filthy world with me and Evan will stay by your side." He said extending his arms to me.

"No thanks. I'd rather die than work with you." I pushed his hand away from me.

"Well I tried. Oh well." He smirked and launched himself towards me. I jumped back dodging a box of wood that was thrown at me. "Pathetic. No wonder Evan left you." He threw more boxes at me but I dodged it except for one. It threw me to the floor and I landed on my back, I had my eyes closed and when I opened them he jumped up and he's feet was aimed at  me. I rolled over and got up on all four, getting up completely now.

"He never left me!" I threw a fireball towards him. "My father took me away from him!" I stopped running, turned around and kicked him which sent him flying to a wall.

"Then why doesn't he remember you" He came out of the wall and threw another box at me. I dived roll to the left  to avoid the box and got back up. "Because you took his memories away!" I threw a big fire ball at him but he disappeared and it made a hole in the wall. I stood still with my guard up.

"And I thought your were an idiot!" He appeared behind me and kicked my back which sent me flying to the wall again. I stood up and my back was in so much pain. "Just give up you already lost anyways. Just look." He motioned his hand to the right side and everyone was held in the ground, struggling to get free. "Thanks to your friends I got powerful and now with there powers (as well as yours) I will become even more powerful." He laughed again. He snapped his finger and I was tied down to a chair with green ropes around me, I couldn't even teleport. "Thanks for the gems as well. They make great use, never thought there our weakness and made our skin burn.  Now I'll be able to retrieve anyone's power and harvest it to myself." My eyes widened in shock. 'It can't be' I thought 'No wonder I would get burned when I touched one of them.'

He placed each and everyone one of us to a chair and held our arms and legs down as well as our heads so we wouldn't get out. "Any last words before I take your powers away?" he said as he crossed his arms over his chest. "No? Okay, good" The gun was aimed at my forehead and he smirked evilly. I closed my eyes. "Say good-by-" "AHH!" I opened my eyes and was glad the gun was knocked out of his hand. He just held his right hand in pain. "Who dares go there!?" He was now completely angry but who could have done- and that's when it hit him it was-

"You guys missed me?" She said holding a shadow/humans head by the hair on her right hand. "Sorry I'm a bit late"She there the head to the side. "Mr. Smart boy here thought he could send his army to find supernatural people like us. But now-"

'X' Boy was I glad to see her I thought she left us all alone.

"Let's get this party started."
