CHAPTER 7

Jonathan's POV

Craig is going to pay for this. I was on top of Evan with both of my hands by the side of his head preventing me from falling on top of him. His cheeks were turning red when we made eye contact so he looked away. My cheeks started to heat up, I'm guessing they were red as well.

"Umm...J-Jonathan y-you can get o-off me n-now." He said still looking to the side. I got up as quick as possible and just stood up looking around his room, preventing eye contact "So J-Jonathan." He said while looking down and fiddling with his thumbs. "I-I guess you heard w-what me and C-Craig were t-talking about." He said still looking down.

"Uh-hu" I looked at him but he still had his head down. I sat beside him which I guess caused him to jump since we were close to each other. We made eye contact and just stared at each other.

"So umm...J-Jonathan d-do you feel the same w-way about me?" He said still looking at me with those chocolate brown eyes of his. I could get lost in them forever.

"I-I don't know, I m-mean I do. I uh." I sighed and took a deep breath in. I should probably tell him.

"Okay Evan. I get this weird feeling in my stomach when I'm around you. I didn't understand at first what it meant until I asked you. You said people get this feeling when they're around the person they like..."My eyes widen, knowing what I just said. I felt my cheeks heating up again so I just looked down at my shoes.

"J-Jonathan" I heard Evan say my name, I then felt Evan's hand on my mask were my cheeks are suppose to be. He cupped both sides and made me face him. His cheeks grew red. I never thought I would like someone or actually feel something, which people call. Feelings? But now here I am looking at the person I like, the person who is making me feel this. I never thought this day would come.

"J-Jonathan I um...I a-also feel the same way." He said with his cheek turning a dark red.

Wait. What!? Did he just say he feels the same way? Wait hold up what does this mean though? What am I supposed to do?

"I umm...Evan I don't know what to say. This is my first time feeling this way. I-" He cut me off and removed his hands from my mask.

"Jonathan I've never felt this way towards a guy as well. I honestly don't know what to say either I-I mean I do know what to say but." He sighed and looked down the ground.

"J-Jonathan, this month and a half that you've been here with us. I've developed these feelings towards you and I'm glad I did because I've never felt this way towards anyone else. I thought I couldn't love someone again until. I meet you." I felt him lift my mask. I didn't stop him but he only stopped right above my lips. He loves me? I've heard my mother say that to me but I never thought a guy would say it. It felt as if he filled up that empty hole in my heart. The hole that has been empty for years.

"Evan I don't know, I don't think I would be able to handle thi-" before I could finish what I was going to say I felt a pair of warm soft lips smash against mine. It felt so nice and I started to feel the butterflies in my stomach again. I wanted to stay like this forever but soon it had to end, we had to part for air.

"Jonathan you idiot." I saw Evan filled with tears in his eyes. Why is he crying? It must have been something I said right?

"This is my first time feeling this way towards a guy also but I want to give it a try ." He said with tears in his eyes still. Seeing his like this hurts my. But why?

"Evan don't cry please, I don't want to see you like this. It doesn't look cute in your pretty face." I said smiling and wiping his tears. His cheeks turned red and I saw that smile which I love so much.
