Chapter 21

Phoenix PoV
As I wake up I don't feel pain in my stomach, unlike before...I may actually be released from this hell soon! The nurse walks in about ten minutes later and asks me the same questions.
"Are you ok?"
"How are you feeling"
"Pain on a scale of 1-10?"
And then she would give me my medicine, it's been a week. I tell her that I have no pain in my stomach, she gets the doctor,
"Does it hurt if I do this?" He presses slightly.
"No"
"This" he presses harder"
"No" he whispers something to the nurse and she leaves.
"Can you sit up for me Phoenix?" Oh I should probably say that the other doctor got sued because of how he treated me, you can thank Pete for that. I sit up and...and it doesn't hurt! For the first time in a week I was able to sit up!
"Ok Phoenix we are going to try walking!" He smiles and the nurse rushes back in with a pair crutches. I carefully lower myself from the bed and with the help from be crutches...I WALK! I'm actually walking!
"Ok Phoenix I think it may be time to contact a fam-"he clears his throat,
"Sorry, would you like to contact Pete and let him know that you will be released from the hospital today!" He smiles and I hug him.
"I don't think I'm going to tell Pete" I sit back on my bed and he sits on my chair opposite,
"Oh really why?" He frowns.
"I want to surprise him" I smirk,
"So shall I call Tyler then?" He tries to smirk and fails, we laugh for like 5 minuets before a nurse comes in saying I have a visitor.
"Is it Peter wentz?" The doctor asks her,
"No it's a Tyler Joseph" she leaves with the doctor, when they walk out the doctor gives me a thumbs up, I smile back.

"Phee!! Your sitting upright!" Tyler bursts into the room,
"Yeah!! And guess what!" I stand up and he runs and hugs me so tight,
"Tyler...I..need...to breathe"
"SORRY!" He lets go and I wobble and gesture for my crutches, he brings them over and I tell him my plan.
"Well for starters he's at a video set thing" he says, I COMPLETELY forgot about the music video shoot they have today! It's for their song sixteen candles. He didn't tell me what the theme of it is because it's a surprise for me.
"Where's the set? Do you know Ty?" I ask, he smiles.
"Yea, you wanna go surprise him there?"
"Hell yes! But before we do can I try and walk on my own"

For about an hour of falling and a few bruises I am finally able to walk on my own!
"Next stop, the studio!" I say as we walk out the hospital, Tyler laughs his head off.
"I've missed you Phee!"
"Aww I've missed me too!" We laugh in the car as we drive to Pete, I can't wait to be in his arms again! What was I thinking before?"
"Do you think I should text Patrick first?" I ask,
"Yes! That way we can actually get in without him knowing!" He honks the car horn.
"I will text their security guy Charlie too so we can get in easily!"
"You know everyone Phee!!"
"Well if your the girlfriend of the band member than you'd probably have to get to know people!" I laugh,
"I can't wait to see him, see his surprised face!"
"I figured! You know he really cares about you Phee"
"Yeah" why is he getting so serious?
"Why so serious?" I say in my best impression of the joker...I'm not good at impressions..
"Ha ha! I just want you to remember that we all care ok?"
"Yeah, I know that now"
"Good!" He smiles and turns the CD player on to from under the cork tree. We sing all the way there, when we get closer the more nervous I get.
