Phoenix POV
It's been a week.
The longest week of my life, guilt drags on me like a criminals ball and chain.
I was drunk and slightly broken but I did it... that's the worst part. The fact I actually cheated on the one guy who had faith in me.

I'm sitting in the studio window seat, clutching my necklace, I don't dare to put it on.
I feel if I do I'd be cheating it as well.
I've been sitting here for most of the week, only getting up to reach a guitar or go to the toilet.
Tyler comes and goes, he doesn't know what happened, all be knows is im sad and Pete and I are having problems.
Tyler's sitting on a stall behind me, he's strumming his uke gently. It's calming but not enough.
"You will have to talk to him soon you know"
It's the first thing he says, he's been here an hour.
"I can't"
I barely speak,
"Why? I'm sure it's just a small misunderstanding that's all! Nothing you two can't handle... you guys are perfect and you both know that you won't do anything to the other"
I loose it.
Uncontrollable tears burn down my cheeks and fall to the ground, I fling myself to face him.
His eyes filled with concern.
"DONT YOU GET IT"
I scream.
Immediately after the words leave my mouth I realise how much Tyler is trying to help, I lower my voice and start again.
"...don't you get it. I can't talk to him, he probably never wants to see me again"
"I'm sure he does... he loves you Phee"
Tyler remains perfectly calm.
"Not anymore.."
"Hey don't say that! You can't have done anything that bad!"
Silence.
My mind ponders over weather to tell him or not, he'd never forgive Josh... Josh was only there to help, it's not his fault.... It was me.
"Phee?"
Tyler's concern is alike a kitten begging for attention,
"I cheated on him Tyler..."
The words bounce off my tongue before I can stop them escaping.

He freezes, his brain frantically trying to understand the situation. When he realises a fiery glint appears in his eye, this is a side of Tyler I've never witnessed.
His fists clench as he stands quickly, heading towards the front door at such a speed.
"TYLER"
I shout for him to snap out of this trance but he is already out the door, it smashes to an angry close behind him.
Nice one Phoenix.

Josh POV
I haven't left my electric drum kit.
With every train of thought I hit harder and harder, smashing the sticks faster and faster against the pads.
I've broken 4 sticks already but I can't help it, her face is floating in my mind. The pure terror across it when she realised who had seen us. I could've said no, I could've stopped this ever happening. Then again if I had never fallen for her this would've never happened. Although she did give permission.
I hit harder.

Suddenly my headphones are ripped off of my head, in shock I spin round to see Tyler with an angry fire in his eyes I had never before seen.
He grabs my drumsticks and hurls them to the other side of the room. Again from pure shock I stand up.
"WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT YOU.. YOU.. YOU IDIOT!?!"
He begins to shout,
"Do what?"
The fire in his eyes grow in size, he takes me by the shirt and shoves me against the wall hard. He may be small but he sure as hell is mighty when he's angry.
"Did you sleep with her?"
He speaks so fast and with such aggression, how the fuck did he find out-
"DID YOU SLEEP WITH HER"
He shoves me against the wall harder, I feel new bruises emerging from their slumber.
"How did you..?"
"It doesn't matter how I found out. All that matters is I need to know if it's true so please god tell me it's just a rumour"
I struggle for the right words..
"I um...well you see.. I"
"I can't believe it"
He lets go and falls to the ground, head in hands.
I scrape down the wall to join him.
"I thought you said you where going to ignore these.. feelings."
He speaks through his hands, I can barely make out what he's saying, but I get the jist of it.
"I was trying to..."
"Hmm"
He laughs,
"Maybe if she had it kissed me it wouldn't have happened."
He freezes again, his head slowly looking up to meet mine.
"She made the first move..?"
"Yeah.."
Silence.
"Bet she left that part out."
"No... I didn't let her finish... I was out the door before she could say anything after 'I cheated on him'."
"Oh.."
"I'm so sorry dude.. I shouldn't have jumped to conclusions"
Tyler's face fills with almost the same amount as mine,
"No it's not her fault, I could've stopped it at any moment"
"Hmmm"
He pauses before speaking again.
"I knew this would happen... I knew she liked you but I didn't think she'd do something like this"
"Oh.. how did you know"
"You've got to remember she's like my sister, I know when she likes someone. I knew she liked Pete because of the amount of love that they produced... they could fill a whole damn city. They still can"
His words pierce through me like a harpoon to the heart.
"Yeah.. oh my god what have I done"
I walk over to the kitchen and lean over the sink, Tyler chases after, he swings his arm round me for comfort.
"They need to get back together"
I finally splutter once I catch my breath,
"Yeah.. im sure they just need to talk"
"No... I didn't mean like that. I'll go stay with my brother for a bit... stay out of their way so they can heal without this knife wedging it's way back into their scars"
I say pointing to my chest.
"No. They need to heal but she also needs you... as crazy as it sounds you're as important to her as I am... we're the three musketeers"
I laugh at the stupid name, we made that up on the day when she came to see us from the tour.
The tour.
"Oh my god"
I say again, Tyler rolls his eyes.
"What now?"
He says grabbing a glass from the side and filling it, he passes it to me slowly as if it's a peace offering to my mind.,
I take it.
"Their tour... if they aren't together surely they can't tour.. that was her chance"
And with that I stop thinking all together, in fact I spin round grab my keys and run for the door, only one thing on my mind.
That was her chance.. she can't loose it because of me.
