Chapter 16-

Tessanie's P.O.V.

*2 months later*

To: Andrew Xx

Hey babe, are we going to be outside today? If so, is it cold?

Today is me and Andrew's one month anniversary. Yeah, we are official now. I was so happy when he officially asked me to be his girlfriend. And of course I said yes. I told Lauren as soon as it happened and she came down that weekend with Tyler. I'm going to see them again in a few days when we go on thanksgiving break. Also, Andrew is telling his mother and Kristen (ew) about us and ending his engagement with Kristen. When he ends it, I will be put at ease. It has bothered me how he is dating me but engaged to her, even though he has no feelings for her, I'm still unsure about it. My phone buzzes, pulling me from my thoughts.

Yes, we are going to be outside. And we are in California so I guess it's a little chilly?

I can hear the teasing in his voice. I roll my eyes and grab a pair of skinny jeans and a light sweater. There is a knock on my door, which is probably Andrew. I slip on my grey vans and open the door. I almost choke when I see him. Jackson. I stare, wide eyed and mouth open.

"Well, I have missed you too." He says before pushing last me. "Nice room. Where's your boyfriend?" I shut the door and turn to him. Now I'm pissed.

"What the actual fuck? I have a restraining order on you! What do you want from me?" I scream at him, staying still in my spot near the door. I hope Andrew comes fast. Jackson smirks and gets up, grabbing my wrist making we wince. He throws me on the floor and locks the door.

"I want you." He says and picks me up, pinning me to the wall. I can't talk, I'm sobbing my eyes out. He kisses my neck and rubs along my body.

"Please stop." I can't stop the tears from rolling down my face. Jackson unbuttons my pants and slides them down my legs. His fingers graze over the top of my panties. "Stop Jackson." I say firmly. He doesn't listen and proceeds by cupping my breast. The tears start rolling down my face and I try to push him away. "Fuck you." I scream, catching his attention. Damn it, I shouldn't have said that. He looks pissed. I just want Andrew to come barging through the door and save me.

"What did you say you little bitch?" Jackson growls and raises his hand. I brace myself as he hits me across my cheek. I yelp out in pain as I fall to the ground. "Don't ever speak to me like that again!" He shouts and paces back and forth in my room. Suddenly there is a knock at the door, causing Jackson to stop pacing.

"Help me! Please!" I scream without hesitation. Jackson's eyes dart to me and he kicks my leg, hard. I hear a crack and I know something serious just broke. I cry out in pain.

"Tess? What's going on? I breaking down the door!" Andrews familiar voice almost calms me. Jackson looks back at the door, just as Andrew breaks it down." You little shit." Andrew says and tackles Jackson to the ground. "Don't ever come near Tess again!" He shouts before throwing multiple punches at Jackson's face. I try to stand up but a sharp pain surges to my leg and I yelp. Andrew stops punching and looks up at me. "Oh my god, Tess. What did he do to you? I'm calling 911." He says and picks me up, placing me gently on the bed.

The cops arrive and arrest Jackson, again, and me and Andrew ride in an ambulance to the emergency room. Jackson's kick broke my fibula bone. Like I said, Jackson is a big guy. The doctors give me a cast and I leave the hospital around five in the evening. Andrew stayed with me the whole time, and he wheeled me out to his car in a wheel chair. Once we are settled in the car, he pulls out of the driveway and onto the road.

"Sorry our date got ruined." I said and he laughed.

"The night is young." He said in a cheesy French accent.

"Where are we going? And how are we gonna do it while I have this cast on my leg?" I ask and gesture to my leg.

"We are going to the movies, duh. Classic date." He says and his phone lights up. I glance at the two messages that pop up on the screen and I almost die when I see them.

Lets hang out tomorrow, and don't bring your annoying girlfriend this time and maybe we can have some fun ;) Xx

"Take me home." I say and stare out the window. I can't believe it. Is he cheating on me? After all we have been through? After today? I can't even deal with this right now.

"Why?" He asks. I roll my eyes. He must think I'm stupid.

"Oh I don't know. Maybe you could have Hayley over to 'have some fun'" I say with attitude. I'm beyond pissed. He pulls over to the side of the road and sighs heavily.

"Tess, that's not what you think..." He begins but I cut him off.

"Seriously? You're cheating on me and your gonna try to play all innocent with me? It's not gonna work. Don't talk to me, don't look at me, leave me alone." I shout and open the door. Luckily I got a pair of crutches and I hobble down the street. I don't know where I'm going, I just need to get away. I hear a door shut and footsteps.

"I would never cheat on you. I love you. Hayley is just an annoying bitch who is trying to screw us up. Please, believe me! You can check the messages, they are all from her, I don't respond to them. In fact I will call her right now and to her to leave me alone." Andrews voice is closer than I thought. I turn and sure enough, he is right there.

"Put it on speaker." I say. He calls her and puts it on speaker.

"Hey boo." Her annoying voice picks up and I roll my eyes.

"Don't call me that. Listen, you need to leave me the fuck alone. I have a beautiful, smart, funny, loving, sweet, amazing girlfriend who I love so you should get used to it. If you don't leave me alone, then I will talk to my personal friend, the head chancellor, and make sure you leave this school for good." He says, not letting her say a word. I'm such an idiot to think my sweet Andrew would ever do anything so terrible. I have just had a bad day.

"Fine, your loss. And your girlfriend is a pussy for not talking to me about this herself." She says and I raise an eyebrow.

"Fuck you too, Hayley. You little slut. You will never know the feeling of being in love because no one could ever love a whore like you. Go fuck someone else's boyfriend because mine isn't falling for your tricks. Cunt." I say and she screams a high pitched scream before hanging up.

"Wow, I didn't know you had that in you." Andrew says and I laugh.

"Me either. I'm sorry babe." I say and he hugs me tightly.

"I forgive you. Just know that I will never do anything to hurt you because I love you forever." He says and kisses me on the top of my head.

"I know. I love you too." I say and connect our lips, sending shocks through my body. This boy will be the death of me.
