So, an OC needs origins, am I right? They need to come from somewhere in their story! SO, let's talk about cliché and bad origins, in addition to good and well-thought out origins.
(This is too civilized. Needs more rant)
Well...let's start with some overused Mary-Sue origins.
RAVEN IS A DEMON FROM HELL BROUGHT TO EARTH TO KILL PEOPLES!!!!!!! SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO KILL JEFFY-POO BUT THEY FELL IN LOVE! ^^
Okay I went overboard on that. Well, the whole 'demon brought down to Earth' thing just DOESNT MAKE ANY SENSE. I just don't follow why it would be necessary to bring a demon to the overworld. Just, WHY?
ANGELINA IS AN ANGEL DUMPED OUT OF HEAVEN CUZ SHE WAS A BAD ANGEL! SHE KILLED AND ANGEL WITH HER BARE HANDS SO THEY THREW HER OUT!
What is this? Why? No? Please? I've seen this once before, actually. I DIED A LOT. You see, again with the 'heaven and hell' thing! Just, WHY?
MARIKA WAS A NORMAL GIRL BUT HER PARENTS HATED HER AND ABUSE ABUSE ABUSE SO SHE KILLED THEM AND FLED TO THE WOODS!
This is an origin of insanity thing. OVERUSED OVERUSED OVERUSED. SEEN IT TOO MANY TIMES. Enough said.
ALL THE KIDS BULLIED ZERO CUZ SHE WAS SO EMO AND MORBID!!! SO SHR KILLED THEM ALL AND RAN TO JEFFY-POO (her boyfriend) AND THEY LIVED HAPPILY EVER AFTER! THE END!

ONE DAY AMBER KILLED HER BFF LILY FOR NO REASON THEN SHE REGRETTED IT AND KILLED HERSELF BUT SLENDER REVIVED HER AND SHE KILLS NOW!!!
This. Is. DEATH! Suicide brought back to life is very no to me. IT JUST MAKES NO SENSE! HOW DID SLENDER FIND THE DEAD BODY? Why did he revive it? Why? Why! HOW?!
Okay, I think I've had enough clichés. Let's move on to actually good reasons before I die. (Please do comment random cliché scenarios I want to read them)
