The night started off like it usually does. I sit in the back of the club drinking on my wine that's all I ever drink.
Men would try to come and talk to me but they just seemed to thirsty and I really wasn't looking for a man I really wanted a woman.
As I sip on my wine I look up to a girl and guy silently arguing. I couldn't quite make out what they were saying but all I could worry about was the girl because she was cute.
The man aggressively grabs her arm trying to pull her out of the club as she struggles to get away. I struggled to decide if I should go help her by the time I make up my mind he already dragged her outside.
I put my glass down and quickly walk outside." Leave me alone I don't want to do this I don't want you Chris what can you not understand." She said as he lets her go.
"Don't ack like you don't miss me." He said getting up close to her. Her face was unreadable as he was an inch away from her face.
"Chris stop no." She said lightly pushing him away. "Man why you acting like that come on." He said pulling her towards the car.
I sigh before quickly making my way over to them. "Leave the girl alone." I said causing them to turn and look at me.
"Who the fuck are you?" He asked letting her go and walking over to me. "I could ask you the same." I said with a neck roll.
"Naw this is between me and my girl you stay out of it." He said. "Okay if she's your girl why won't she leave with you then?" I questioned.
He chuckles and gets even closer to me as I back away."If you wanted to join all you had to do was ask." He said as I keep backing away and I bump into a car.
I could smell the alcohol in his breath as he tried to kiss me. I slap him making him lose his balance a little and the girl comes over. "You goin let her hit me?"
She looks back at me then at him. "Chris get in the car I'll be there in a minute." She said. He gives me a mean glare before slowly walking to the car.
"Thank you." She said with a smile. "No problem I saw you were having trouble."
"Yeah he does this a lot." She lets out a big sigh before looking up at me again. " If it helps I stopped drinking my favorite wine to help you one of them drunk ass people probably drunk it already." I said causing both of us to laugh.
"I'm kehlani by the way." I grabbed her hand shaking it. "Cyn."
"Nice meeting you, kehlani I'm going to drop him off before he vomits in the car." Right after she says that I hear a loud gag.
"I think it's too late." I said plugging my nose as If I could smell it. She sighs waking away as I do the same. "Wait." She said stopping me.
"Can I have your number I'm new here and I don't have many friends?"
"Sure." I said walking back to her as I put my number in her phone.
