I'm really mad that Lani knew this whole time and didn't tell me and to think I was thinking about coming out and building a relationship with her.
I was driving her to the airport and I couldn't help but cry. "Cyn stop." Lani said looking over at me.
"I just got news that my one and only mother has cancer and you want me to stop?" I said with an attitude.
"I didn't mean it like that okay."
"You never mean what you say maybe you should just stop saying stuff then."
"I feel like you've did nothing but lie to me this whole time and I don't know if we should talk anymore." Lani huffs and rolls her eyes.
"If you don't want to talk just let me know I got better things to do." Lani said as I park.
"Like what go clubbing and having sex with other girls." I said getting aggravated.
"Cyn don't start you know I would never lie to you."
"I don't know anymore your starting to change."
"I don't have time I have to leave." She said starting to get out but I grab her arm. "I'm sorry I know you would lie to me." I said.
"I don't know if we should still talk if we aren't by each other." I said instantly regretting it. "Okay, fine good bye Cyn." She said slamming my door as she leaves.
**** Kehlani *One week later* Since Cyn and I have stopped talking I've been in the studio making music and dropping it on SoundCloud. It's been getting good feedback and I'm getting a lot of followers by the day.
I'm not really in a relationship right now I have my hoes but that's it. "Can you run the beat back?"
In my head everytime I take a step it's on the clouds. Felling like a whole lot of power and I don't need a crown.

"I was okay I really don't want to talk about it." I said as I look at cyn's instagram. I look seeing a picture of her and Chris together.
Looked like they were at some kind of party. I get off of Instagram before I got angry. "Lani did you hear anything I just said?" Sam said getting my attention.
"No sorry what happened?"
"I was telling you I met this girl a month ago and things got serious and I might move in with her." Sam said. "I'm so happy for you Sammy were she live?"
"That's the thing she doesn't live here."
"So if I move in we ain't going to be with each other all the time."
I stare at sam blankly as I feel tears fill my eyes.
