AN; What do you guys think of Olivia? She is a vital part of this story, so hopefully you guys like her.

The night is crisp and young. The titanium ring, hidden in a silver box, is tucked under a light blue pillow. Grey has been thinking of Olivia's words. It is obvious that she is part of Carmilla's little 'rebellion'. She must be a big part of it if she knows Grey's secret.

The small cat purrs around Grey's legs. Smiling, she picks her up, putting the animal on her bed after petting her. As the single window of her room is opened, Grey's hairs stand up on end from the biting cold. It seems that this world has similar seasons to that of the human's world.

With upmost care, Grey steps out of the window. She looks down and gulps. Heights have never been something she has liked. As Jessica taught her, she thinks of the time they kissed which makes her nerves lessen significantly. With one deep breath in, she is jumping down various stories. She lands on her two feet, and a hand with a soft 'thump'.

That's new, she thinks to herself. It was instinct that told her she would not splatter the moment she hit ground, but that does not mean she was not worried she actually would.

Walking again through familiar trees is a strange sensation. Thinking about what she went through with her friends makes her stomach coil painfully. If she could turn back time, she would prevent her own birth.

"I have been waiting for you."

Grey does a roundhouse kick behind her, towards the voice. A strong hand, although, prevents her kick from any damaging contact.

"Fulgur," she mumbles. "You can let go of my leg."

The tall man lets go, and Grey takes a careless position. "What took you so long to come?" He asks, as he takes a look at Grey.

"I was in a coma, and..." She scratches her cheek awkwardly. "I was not really sure of coming back here at all."

"Understandable. What changed your mind in the end?"

Leaning on one of the smooth trees, Grey does not look at Fulgur. He looks familiar, she thinks to herself, but she cannot say why exactly.

"Carmilla," she starts. "She's a teacher at the academy. We talked when I woke up, and she knows about my situation. Apparently, she's a part of a rebellion that wants me as their trump card." As the light of the moon makes Grey's features look almost angelic, she glances at Fulgur. "She knows I met the guardian of the forest."

"Olivia was my pupil. I am not at all surprised she is in the rebellion. It must have been her who told them about our meeting," says Lexus, as he comes down from a branch up high in the tree Grey had been leaning on.

Grey bows slightly before Lexus, who does the same.

"Come," he tells her.

"Where to?"

As they walk, he pushes aside long, think vines, revealing a village of elves hidden deep within the forest.

Grey gasps, "Woah."

"Woah indeed," the elf says with a smile.

"I thought you were the last?"

Lexus proceeds to explain to her. "I am the last guardian," he starts. "Guardians are Elves who have bonded with the positive energy coming from the human's world. It is not an easy task, and takes years to do and master."

Children Elves run past Grey, following a glowing butterfly. The houses are made close to each other. Some on the ground, some on the trees. As they enter further into the village, the elvess stop what they are doing to watch them in curiosity.
