Dallas

that was who was standing there, his blue eyes stared at Nixons and mine hands and a smirk made its way on his face. He looks back up.

"Well it's nice seeing you guys here" he says

"I could say the same thing about you but since I don't like you this is just horrible" Nixon says

I poked Nixon's rib which caused him to hiss a little.

"My heart breaks Nixon I actually like you" Dallas says pouting a little

"Alright guys friendship is magic"

"did you just quote my little pony" Nixon says

"Yes, yes I did" I say grinning which made Dallas laugh

"Oi what are you laughing at Dallas we watched my little pony together" I say raising an eyebrow

"That was one time" he stressed this time Nixon began laughing

"I'm sorry but this is gold" Nixon says as he calms down

"You also shipped yourself with Pinkie Pie" I say snorting

"I did not, that girl is too crazy for my taste I liked Fluttershy" Dallas says

"What the hell Dallas I can't even anymore" Nixon says laughing all over again

I couldn't help but laugh too since Nixon's laugh was contagious and I could feel the eyes of strangers staring at us probably thinking that we are crazy.

"I don't watch it anymore" Dallas protests trying to save himself from even more humiliation

"Sure you don't" I say as I calm down

"But it's true" he says which only made me shake my head

He so watches it still

"Well I'm leaving, you guys are just bullying me" he says with a pout

He then begins walking away not before looking back however with a smirk of his own.

"Have fun on your date" he says and walks off

I could feel my cheeks warm up at the sudden prospect of a date, I literally felt my heart race crazily.

"Date huh" I grumbled

"I want to show you something" Nixon says making me look at him

I just nod which then makes him smile as we begin walking through the park together hand in hand. Some people stared but most of them didn't. Kids ran around playing on the swings and sliding down the slide. It was really noisy but then again what did you expect with the park full of little kids.

I started to wonder what Nixon wanted to show me. My stomach filled with butterflies.

We walk around for a bit more until we come to this part of park which had a lot of trees, oh my days there's going to be some animal in there and it's going to eat for its breakfast, dinner and lunch cause I'm probably going to taste amazing. Wait no I should be saying I taste disgusting, then no animal would want to eat me. Yeah I taste nasty, so please don't eat me.

"There aren't any wild dangerous animals in here darling" Nixon says as if reading my mind, he gives my hand a squeeze

"When we see one I'm going to push you to it and run away"

"I'm really feeling the love right now" he says dryly

"I'm sorry but I'm not about to be eaten first"

"Well then maybe I should push you to it, you know what they say, ladies first"

"Your such a gentleman" I couldn't help but say it in a very sarcastic tone

He just smirks at my sarcasm, we wonder around the woods and I couldn't help but feel skittish and jump at every small sound. Nixon just laughed at me. I was going to get him back one day. I was sure of it.

After some time I was sure we was lost. My stomach churned and my legs were dead tired.

"Nixon are you sure you know where your going" I ask

"We aren't lost if that's what your thinking, we're nearly there"

"Are you sure because we have been walking for what seems like hours"

"Darling it's only been five minutes" he says chuckling

"That's still a lot of time in my books" I say which just makes him shake his head

Nixon begins swinging our hands back and forth gently as we walked through the forest of doom. The trees were watching. The weird creepy inhabitants was also secretly watching.

We finally seem to be going somewhere as we come to some clearing, what greets me though makes the butterflies in my stomach explode more. Laid out in front of me was a picnic basket on a blanket. There was also a lot of colourful flowers around which made it look magical, well almost. I couldn't help but feel a grin stretch across my face.

"Surprise" Nixon said in an awkward tone

"This is awesome" I couldn't help say

"Oh thank god you like it cause otherwise this would've been awkward" he says leading me to our picnic I couldn't help but laugh at what he said

We sit down and he begins taking out the things inside the basket. A small bucket of hot wings and chips with two cans on coke, classy.

"Yeah I don't really know what to bring to picnics" he says

"Well it's food and it looks great so I think we should dig in" I say

"I guess we should" he says with a smile

We dig in and talk about the random things, it was relaxing and all thoughts of animals trying to eat me flew out of my mind. It felt good.
