Chapter Thirty One : Jeju Island

Lee Jung Na's POV

"Jung Na, I am sorry. I couldn't even protect you. I couldn't even admit to everyone that I was your boyfriend." Siwon oppa apologised as he sat on my bed.

"Oppa, it's really okay. I understand! Besides, it wasn't anything major." I smiled and said as I gently lifted Siwon oppa's hand to my face.

"Soon, I'll let the whole world know who my girlfriend is. Okay?"

"Sure, I'll be waiting." I smiled as Siwon oppa placed his lips on mine gently.

I sighed as last night's events replayed itself again in my head.

After the encounter with Park Se Kwang at Kona Beans, Siwon oppa felt really guilty and apologised to me when we got home.

But really, introducing me to everyone as his girlfriend. Am I ready for that?

"Jung Na! Are you ready?" Lee Dong Hae's voice snapped me out of me thoughts.

Today, everyone had their own schedules except for Lee Dong Hae and I was already on Winter holidays, so I was either home or at Kona Beans.

"Yes! I'm coming out!"

"Remember to grab some extra clothes just in case!"

"Yah! Why are you so naggy! I have them in my backpack already!" I shouted back as I slung my backpack over my shoulders.

We were going on a day trip to Jeju Island to "celebrate our budding friendship", as said by Lee Dong Hae.

"You couldn't wait, could you?" I asked in slight annoyance and Lee Dong Hae smiled at me the moment he saw me coming out from my room.

I couldn't help but broke into a smile too.

We left the house and I ran into the car as soon as Lee Dong Hae unlocked it because it was freezing.

"Let's go!" Lee Dong Hae shouted excitedly as he ignited the engine.

We sang loudly to whatever songs that were playing through the radio and we even danced when up beats songs played.

"Ah Lee Dong Hae! Can I have some Tteokkboki for breakfast? I'm hungry."

"Ahh You're troublesome. " Lee Dong Hae complained but he found me a tteokbokki stall in less than 5 minutes and even got off the car and returned with two servings of tteokbokki.

"Ahhhhhh." I said as I placed a piece of tteokbokki near Lee Dong Hae's mouth.

"You're feeding me?"

"Umm hmm, I don't want you to faint while driving." I said and I saw Lee Dong Hae suppress a smile while he opened his mouth.

In no time, we arrived at the Incheon Ferry terminal and Lee Dong Hae parked the car nicely into one of the lots.

"Wait here, I'll go get the tickets." Lee Dong Hae instructed as he scooted off to the counter while I stood in the middle of nowhere.

"Steaming hot sweet potatoes!"

I turned around to see an old lady selling roasted sweet potatoes.

She had minimal clothes on and she was shivering in cold.

"Halmeoni, can I have two bags of roasted sweet potatoes?" I walked over and said.

"Ne, it will be 2000 won, miss." She said as she handed me two bags of freshly roasted sweet potatoes.
