Chapter 25: Saying yes

Chapter twenty five : Saying yes

We ran in the snow for 5 minutes. It was really romantic but really cold. We reached a place where there were small tents everywhere. Walking past the tents, I saw that it was mostly occupied by older men, with small holes on the ice floor and fishing rods.

Siwon oppa bought some fishing rods and brought me towards a small blue and white tent.

Sitting down on the stools provided in the stool, Siwon oppa started breaking the ice, making two holes on the ice.

"Why don't we bet?" I suggested. "Whoever gets more fishes, gets free dinner from the other one!"

"Are you secretly a fishing expert? Why are you so confident?" Siwon oppa asked.

"Nope! This is my first time, in fact. I'm counting on my talent and beginner's luck!" I laughed.

"Let's stake it up. Dinner plus whatever the winner wants."

"Fine, but it has to be reasonable okay!"

We started fishing and we were really focused.

I saw my rod moved a little and I sat up straight immediately.

"Asah!" I shouted as I pulled the rod out.

There..was..nothing.

Then Siwon oppa laughed. and laughed. and laughed.

He even gave up trying to hold on to the rod and allowed it to fall to the side.

"Aish!" I rolled my eyes and kicked his stool.

Due to his unstable gait and my kick, the stool toppled over and he fell down onto the ice.

Guess who is the one laughing now.

While still on the floor, he kicked my stool and I ended up on the floor too.

We spent the next 5 minutes laughing until it was too cold to stay on the ice any longer.

"Aishhhhh its cold." I chattered as I pulled my coat around me tighter.

"Come here." Siwon oppa said.

Even though he asked me to go over, he was the one who scooted over and sat right next to me.

He unzipped his coat and then hugged me, sharing the coat with me.

I blushed at how close we were being.

1 hour later, we decided to count our catches.

"4..5..6..7..8! Eight! I have eight!" I jumped up, feeling proud of my catches.

"Jung Na.." Siwon oppa looked at me and pouted.

"I want korean bbq!" I screamed and gave him a small hug.

"I have four.....teen"

"See, I knew you wouldn't win. WAIT WHAT?!?!?!" I shouted, as I heard the "teen" from the four.

"I want korean bbq!" Siwon oppa smirked and gave me a hug.

"Yah!" I said as I pushed him away and we started laughing.

Choi Siwon's POV

"Come, let's go! I have somewhere I want to bring you to." I stood up and pulled Jung Na's hand.

"Wait!" Jung Na suddenly said and grabbed the pail from me.

She brought the pail and placed it carefully beside the two holes that were created for us to fish.

I watched her as she took out her gloves and placed them on her lap. She carefully placed her hands into the pail and scooped one fish out before dropping them back into the hole.

"Annyeong. Babo yah, don't be so stupid and get caught again next time okay? " She laughed and did the same to each and every fish.

This girl, its no wonder why I like her so much. I smiled as I thought to myself.

"Don't cheat okay?" Count to ten before you open your eyes. I said as I pulled my hands away from Jung Na's eyes.

"1..2..3..4..5..6..7..8..9..I'm opening my eyes now!" Jung Na shouted and I kept silent.

Lee Jung Na's POV

I opened my eyes and allowed my mind and heart to register what was infront of me.

I was at an outdoor ice skating rink, standing on the ice with no one at all, . Except for that one guy standing infront of me.

The eyes was light up with strings of light bulbs that linked up to 5 words and a big heart.

Will you be my girlfriend? The words read and the heart shape laid perfectly above the words and Siwon oppa was standing there perfectly with a bouquet of Daisies.

"When I first saw you, I thought you were cute. But I was really scared that you were some sasaeng fan. I slowly got to know you and something just told me that you weren't a weirdo." Siwon oppa started speaking and laughed shyly.

"When Dong Hae treated you like that, I didn't know why but I felt like I had to protect you no matter what. Slowly, day by day, I felt like you were getting more and more important to me. I finally realised that I really liked you when you got into trouble with those 4 fans."

"Remember our first date and it didnt turn out like a date at all because all the guys were with us? I confesse then but I didn't ask the important question."

"Now on the second date, I want to ask you."

"Lee Jung Na, will you be my girlfriend?"

"Choi Siwon, yes I will."
