Chapter 32

Emma's P.O.V:

"Again!"daddy yelled in a serious voice,I was actually scared that he was being serious.I suddenly felt a wave of calm go through me,I looked at Jasper and smiled gratefully,he smiled back slightly nodding.

Edwards jeep parked indicating Bella's here and I wont be the only one who's not doing anything.

The pack finally came and my eyes searched for Seth's sand-colored fur.Finally my eyes reached him and I smiled at him,he was concentrating what Jasper was saying which I was not paying attention too...oopsies.

I looked at Edward and he was trying not to laugh,I secretly glared at him then turned my attention back at Seth who was now looking at me.

"Emmette!"I heard Jasper say which snapped me back to reality,Dang these people and snapping me out of my dreams.

"don't hold back"Jasper smirked,"not in my nature"dad smirked back.

Mom pulled me back somewhere safe where I wont get hurt by them going at it with each other.

"never lose focus"Jasper adviced letting Edward and uncle Carlisle have a go.

"never turn your back on your enemy"Jasper said in a duh tone which made me laugh.

Alice and Jasper next,when they kissed I smiled at them.

When it was over,I felt something something furry nudge me,I looked to my side and smiled when I saw it was Seth

"Hey Seth"I said rubbing the fur on his neck,he let out a tiny voice which I think meant hi...I dont know,I don't speak werewolf.

"I've never thought I'd say this but...OMG you look so cute as a werewolf"I gushed and hugged him around his neck,I pulled back and looked in his eyes which were grazing into mine,I searched his emotions and all I found was love.

I smiled at that,"Emma!we gotta go!"I heard Bella say,I looked at Seth and kissed his forehead before walking off toward Bella,"hey Bells"I grin,kissing her cheek for no reason at all,"what was that for?"she askd laughing a little,I shrugged

"couldn't kiss Seth so I had to kiss some one!"I said dramaticallly,she laughed at me and we sat in the car.

I heard a snap behind me,I looked back and saw nothing,I was panting like i've been running all day.I heard another snap and I turned to face the side where I saw red eyes...a guys red eyes,I started backing up since he was coming closer and closer to me.

Someone had a grip on my arm,I gasped and saw it was the same guy,he hissed at me and grabbed my waist as he dived down the cliff,I screamed the whole way down causing water to go in my mouth when we splashed under the water.

I kept thrashing away from him but he caught me by the neck "didn't think Victoria would let you live did ya?"he said,I took in all his features

red eyes,blonde messy hair,pale body,he looked like a 16 year old.

I gasped for breath but only water went inside my lungs,I was running out of breath.

He leaned into my neck,I felt sharp pointed teeth on my neck.I was slowly slipping away.

He bit me and sharp pain went through my body.

I screamed in pain as he looked at me pleased."soon,you'll be mine as promised"he said,as I was screaming in agony.

Emmette's P.O.V:

I was going upstairs to check on Emma.Everyone went out hunting except me.

I heard screaming from upstairs,"Emma!"I yelled and ran up to her room-vampire speed.

She was in her bed screaming,the thing which interested me the most why her bed and her whole body was wet as if some one pushed her in the ocean.

"Emma!Emma,wake up!"I said shaking her but it didn't work.I heard her heartbeat slow its pace,my eyes widened as I opened her mouth which was full of water.

"This will be awkward when I tell her I gave her mouth to mouth"I said to myself as I turned her head so remaining water would leave her mouth.

I took a deep breath and gave her mouth-to-mouth and pumped her chest hearing her heart beat quicken.

I sighed in relief and sat down beside her,suddenly she jolt awake and ran to the bathroom and started puking.I walked over there and held back her hair.

When she was done,she flushed the toilet and brushed her teeth and finally looked at herself.

"why the hell am I wet?"she asked in a shaky voice,"and what happened?"she asked leaning on the wall,sliding down it.

"I thought you would explain to me,the reason why your wet as if some one threw you in the ocean.And why were you choking on water?"I asked.

She gasped and stood up looking in the mirror,checking her neck.She sighed in relief when she didn't find anything.

"mind explaining?"

she shook her head no,she looked so weak and fragile.

"change into dry clothes,i'll be waiting outside"I said and stood outside her door.

She was done in 5 minutes so I walked in and carried her bridal style and carried her to mine and Rose's room,I layed her down on the bed and tucked her in.

"daddy?"she called as I kissed her forehead,"yeah sweetie?"

"please stay with me"she said slowly falling asleep,I smiled and sat beside her the entire time trying to figure out what happened a few minutes ago.

Rose came in 10 minutes later smiling at the scene but it faltered when she saw me thinking "whats wrong Emmette?"she asked sitting down beside Emma,stroking Emma's brown hair.

"there was something going on a while ago and i'm just trying to figure out what"I said sighing and explained everything to Rose.
